I have a few questions before ordering from a ROP.

-How much doccumentation do you need to send in? (example: If I didnt break a bone, do they not count as records)

-How recent do the records need to be

-I got a packet of all my medical records. Do they want the patient information sheet I filled out in the waiting room? Is 'Less is more' applicable?

-If I dont have a fax machine, can I send them through some online service? If so, anyone know any good ones?

If you don't have a fax machine you can always go to staples or office max and fax from there, most ROP's want something from the last year stating the condition the medication you are seeking is for. Another suggestion is use NWW and get your first consult without the records, an ask the doc on the phone what would be enough for records because they will want them before you can your refills, but they will fill and ship the 1st med order before you fax the records to them. Hope it helps.
