I just spoke w/Julie @ Express Services today.
She was awesome in helping get resolution to my problem.
Apparently the new doctor did not send the full prescription.
She has arranged for me to get another consult w/their primary doctor (free of charge) and will send the prescription out tomorrow (only a $15 charge to me)...WOW!
She also acknowledged that it was not my fault, which is unusual today.
IMHO they have totally redeemed themselves and I will continue to give them my business.
I guess now I know why I need to chill out...patience is a virtue.
Can anyone please tell me who to make the Money Order out to, Also, what return address do they use. Does it say " xxxx Pharmacy", or is it more discrete like " Shipping Dep't".

I just used them for the first time last week and was impressed. Got the consult thursday afternoon and recieved my meds monday (I went with the cheaper shipping rate). During that time I called them 3 times and they answed the phone every time. They called me on friday and told me how much the total of everything would be and the tracking number. They said to make the money order out to:
Express Services, LLC
Return shipping would be the address on the website, I guess. That's what I put on the money order
Hi all! I am relatively new to drug buyers and I need some advice, PLEASE. I requested a consult from express relief services on 12/6. My cc was charged for a consultation and registration fee. I still have not been contacted about a consultation. I have sent 2 emails and left two phone messages with no response. Please help!! Does anyone have any suggestions????
I don't think they are too great with replying to e-mail, because I sent them 2 before I got my order and didn't get a reply, so...maybe they are the same with the voice mail/phone messages too.
Since the phone calls are toll free...I would just keep calling them until you got someone, because they do answer their phones.
