any Idea if these people are delivering these days, and do they respond to e-mails

I am rightnow waiting 30 days for a destiny pack that they said they sent on Oct 11. I haven't emailed them yet about this.
Rereading my own post above, I see that my sentence made no sense,

What I intended to say was that I made about 6 successful orders with them over the last two and a half years.
Usually they took about three weeks. They always took a little longer than I hoped, after emailing me that they sent it out it always took about three weeks. I think the slowness may really come, not from the slow mail system as they say, but rather the time it takes someone to package the product and then neatly handwrite the addresses and return addresses. Maybe they are backed up right now. I doubt they have gone anywhere far though, as they must have a good business and will likely want to keep it that way.
BTW, I don't live in North America but I imagine the time it takes to send an airmail from there is about the same here.

I have been waiting just about one month now for express shipping. This would have been my 4th order with them. Got an e-mail saying first order was sized and they would reship but I can not get them to answer an e-mail since then? If they do not contact me soon I will be reversing charges on my credit card. Not sure what is going on with there customer service. If anyone has any info please advise.

I have been on vacation with my mail on hold. I will be checking tomorrow. When I left on November 10 I still had not received my order which was supposedly shipped on 10/4/04 and no response to multiple emails. Normal delivery time has been 12-14 days. Just checked my email and still no response. I have been doing business with this company for a couple of years with no problems. After no response to emails sent to all available email addresses concerning status I contacted cc company for reversal. If shipment arrives I will authorize payment. I do not like to cancel payments but I find failure to respond to multiple inquiries and non receipt unacceptable. All they need to do is communicate delays.

Picked up my mail this morning from the post office. Envelope postmarked 12 Nov 04 received minus product, but contained a seizure letter from US Department of Homeland Security/US Customs and Border Protection. Aren't these people supposed to be protecting us from terrorists. Guess business must be slow.

Thats the first Destiny seizure I have heard of. Did it appear to have been possibly torn in the machines, that may have let them see inside?

I got e-mail from them, they had indicated that they had bad Weather, they said they been having storms for the last two weeks and no power.
