I faxed my minimal records to EPHY at about 8:15 this AM
Got a call at 8:45 AM from them, and was off the phone and approved by 8:55
Very fast and easy, and COD
I don't have a total yet as they will email me the cost, but the Consult is $45.00, Pills around $75.00, Overnight COD shipping around $40.00
I'm looking at around $165.00 for 90 10/325's plus I will get 2 refills in the future.
The hell with these fly-by-night NROP's that charge ridiculous prices, get backed up, and you sit in BIR for a week and not even get your meds.
Get whatever records together you can, then fax them in.
Some OP's are more strict than others, but I got in with very little records.
It did have a diagnosis and diagnosis code, along with my Doc's name, licence number and signature and it was dated as well.

Prop's to EPHY - I faxed my records in at 8:15 AM Pacific time, got a phone call at 8:45, and was approved after talking to the Dr. at 8:55 AM
My package is now "In Transit" and scheduled for delivery by 10:30 AM tomorrow.
My only gripe with EPHY is that they don't send you a tracking number, but I was able to track it using my Customer number and zip code.
Total cost for 90 - 10/325's Overnight Priority COD is $181.00
A little more $$$ than I thought.
The meds were $86.00
Consult was $45.00
Priority Overnight FedEx was $37.50
And COD surcharge was $12.50
I get 2 refills and can re-fill in 23 days.
I'm done with these flakey NROP's
BTW, their CS anwers emails and phone calls too.

Twenty, twenty, twenty-four hours to go...

Got my order from EPHY at Noon today, a little later than usual for FedEx due to the holiday busy season.
90 Yellow Watsons with a real pharmacy label with a Prescription number, DEA number, Pharmacy name, address, phone number, cotton packing etc...
Took 28 hours from the time I faxed my records to the time I received my meds.

NATIONWIDE PILLS does not do c.o.d. for the consultation...you have to pay with a credit card or by money order...they only send out the meds by c.o.d. so scratch that one off the list for doing everything from consultation to meds by c.o.d. only...

Medlogicrx, a fairly new OP, can do everything by COD. They offer a $30 discount for VIP's, prescribe 90 with two refills that can be processed every 23 days, and they do answer their phones.
