all i have for medical records is a 2 page office visit for lower back pain & some bloodwork they did to start excluding other problems to help diagnos fibromyalgia....i am looking for a site that these records would be enough to get me 120 hydrocodone 10/500 as inexpensively as possible. Any recommendations or suggestions on whether these records will be sufficient, as well as a good OP where i can use them to get 120 hydro 10/500....also would like a site that offers refills. thanks much

My suggestion based on personal experience is www.norcoworldwide.com. I've had good luck with them for most of this past year. I can't tell you whether such records as you will be sufficient as that is up to the doctor assigned to review your request and who you must have a phone consultation with prior to the prescription being issued. To speed the first fill to you, though, you don't have to fax your records, until you are ready for your first refill, though.
They offer up to 120 count of Lortab (10/500) or Norco (10/325)generics from Watson, and the cost not including the doctor's consultation fee is $99 for the Lortab and $110 for the Norco -- less than one dollar per pill. The consultation includes two refills, and shipping is extra, but nominal. So figure for 360 10/500 generics(three month's supply), you would pay $120 + 3 x $99.00 = $417.00 plus shipping. Then you would need another phone consultation after the refills are used up.
You could also check out www.YourPainMangement.com, as alternatives to NWW.

Try www.fedxmeds.com. I sent them about two pages worth of medical records. I now receive 120 hydrocodone 10/500s. The cost for the meds is usually $106.00 (which includes priorty overnight shipping).
