Pharm88, still no reply about re-shipment

after love letter. I have used them for over a year and this is the first problem I've had. I have emailed Pharm88 once a week, am now on message #4. They have not replied except for one auto-reply acknowledging my Nov 12 email.

Weird thing about this seizure is that the love letter was not mailed separately but inserted into Pharm88's shipping envelope and resealed. Strange.

I am glad to hear some others are having good luck. Just wish they would reply to me.

That happened to me as well. I'm also in the Midwest. I was able to get in touch with them pretty much immediately and they asked for a copy of the customs letter. Once I emailed that, they said they'd reship it... I'm still waiting to see if it makes it past customs and all that this time, but P88 was very responsive to me. I'll know in about a week if it got seized again or what.

thanks tailspin. I too got in touch with them immediately but only got the automated reply to my first message. I have offered to send them a copy of my letter. My scanner is not working but I could take a digital photo and send that to them. Maybe they would respond to me then. Thanks for the idea!!!

tailspin, I have used both the client help email and just a standard email from my PC. thanks again for your suggestions!! My job has me quite busy these days but will try and respond when I can and hopefully have good news.

bad news from me. First ever problem with Pharm88 after 2 years of faultless service - though this is customs not Pharm88 at fault.
my end of November order was divided in 3
1st part received about 1 week after shipping, opened, stamped by customs, taped shut, meds intact.
3rd part received today unmolested.
2nd part of order MIA
I will email their customer_help & report what has happened. It could take forever for a seizure notice to arrive being this time of year. Just hope they bother to send one.

Edited to say I cant find any reference to a customer_help email address only the inquire. Is it .com??
Can someone confirm please??

I just checked out their policies for my own seizure & noticed that they stipulate waiting 4 weeks before claiming a reshipment. Im not sure why that would apply if you have a customs love letter; only a MIA order. This maybe why you've had no reply yet? They do say they have to contact the pharmacy that filled the order etc.
Give them some time, they have been one of the most reliable IOPs out there for the couple of years Ive been using them.
I hope they are thinking about changes to shipping at this point.

should both get you to 'the answer guy'. i use 'inquire'
since it's the one listed to direct questions to.

thanks Nutty, I used that one & had a very pleasant reply from AJ waiting for me this morning. He reassured me that the increase in seizures is pretty normal for this time of year & things will settle down again soon. Also have a notice from the PO that there is registered mail for me to collect so that will be my love letter. AJ said they will happily send me the replacement meds once the 4 weeks is up/supply a copy of the love letter.
So, all is good still with our reliable old P88!
