I kept getting emails from them with their so called specials. If you try and make a purchase the specials price goes up to the higher price if you try and check out.
I think they are a scam and would not order from them.I've tried to stop their emails and they keep spamming.
I don't trust them....my opinion.

I had a deal with one of their affiliates, Housecallmeds.com
They never answered their e-mail. I called the bank and asked if they had a phone number attached the charge on my account. I called this telephone number and was told I was mistaken, it was a plumbing company. I sent so many e-mails, but you're right, I hate to say it, seems like this place is a scam. I had to do a chargback.

They and all their affiliates are very reliable, except their delivery is 3-4 weeks. There is a 20$ delivery 'charge' put on every order, but if its ordered, it will be received. They are always montioned positively on other boards. And I cant imagine a company such as this, or any on this board for that matter, just putting their # out for all to see. "Hey LE! I'm over Here!"

Just keep in mind they are a drop ship IOP not a domestic OP (therefore, also wrong discussion board and you will find lots of threads of them and their various sisters on the international discussion board).
Meaning they absorb the risk of seizure and the package is shipped from the U.S., once it gets to their wearhouse in the U.S. It also means your shipping cost is high as you are basically paying absorbing double shipping costs. One to get to the states and another, seperate one to ship within once it gets here.
That also makes them not very speedy but they and their sisters have always come through for me and their prices are reasonable (besides the shipping).

I did use either xyz, Alpine or Housecallmeds I can't remember which one, they all look the same to me. The only thing that I remember is that I had to wait about 5 weeks for delivery. They were also slow at answering their emails as well. I did recieve my order in tact, but the wait was not worth it. I never used them again.

Other OP sites have had some good reports of this site, in the past. I have read of nothing bad about them yet.

I was really enthused about doing business with Houscallmeds.com,(XYZ's affiliate), but they took my money and wouldn't return a single e-mail. I e-mailed webmaster, he told me that if I couldn't get a response, it wasn't normal. I panicked and called my bank to tell them that I suspected fraud. My bank gave me the # to call. I never saw such a scam in my life.
Not all the satelite sites may be this way, but I made sure that I got my money back. I would never have tried to scare the S*** out of them if they could have just answered my e-mail. I thought it looked great, the fact that its a chain makes it look good, but if somebody has my money and can't return an e-mail...Well, that's too bad! Probably did scare them, GOOD!! I wasn't asking for anything, but a reply to an e-mail.

From my experience, most of these places will only respond to the ut-most friendly emails.

I kept asking the status of my order.
Finally the admin replied and told me that it was unusual for sales dept. at Housecalls to ignore their e-mail.
My initial e-mails were from XYZ and Medicine Gallery, but they may not all be affiliated the way one might think.
I read some things about the hosting service HOPONE, which is in DC.
These sites have the same basic web design, but are run by different people. I found this out when I did a "who is" on each seperate site. There are about six of them that I know of. Medicine Gallery uses a different hosting service...
