I had a previous order with them that went smooth. However my second order is a nightmare. They took my money off my cc on 11/23. They haven't responded to any e-mails, and like others the 800# is a joke. I didn't order hydro, either so it shouldn't be a "supply" issue. Another unsatisfied customer. STAY AWAY!! They'll rip you off.

Lots of people got fake tracking numbers from what I have read - whats up with that? When they generate them on their website they are in the system weather they are picked up or not. The ones given to a load of people came up as fake #'s. Not a good sign.
I wouldn't be concerned if they charged your credit card or not. All you have to do is call you Credit Card company and tell them you never got the message. If they want to do an investigation just give them the fake tracking number - don't foward or fax them a copy of the email that is if the email says what your ordering. If your not ordering something legal then the law changes in most states. Those with top credit won't have questions asked.
Good Luck ~!!

I guess im one of the lucky ones, i placed an order on 11/23 for zydone. I emailed cs and was told they werent shipping etc.. well came home from work monday and there was a ups sticker on my door with delivery attempt notice. redelivered yesterday 11/29 all accounted for. I guess zydone was one of the few they still had in stock?

liza I just read your post and what they've done is flat out FRAUD. Contact your credit card company immidiately and explain to them you ordered a product from said company and you never recieved it. Freeshipping is breaking the law left and right by taking our money and not filling our orders. Don't hesitate to call your cc co. pronto. Freeshipping has a statement on there site that if you cancel your order you'll be charged a "$45 processing fee." At worst you should be charged $45 if anything at all. This company is commiting felony charges against many customers. Don't take it, get your money back!

I agree completely. You should not be liable at all for unfulfilled orders, regardless of any TOS. In this case your CC Company is your friend. You are entitled to a full refund. Talk to your CC (debit cards are a different matter), they will work with you.

Hi All,
Is this pharmacy shipping ANY sort of meds? Or, did they stop shipping hydro?
Thank you,
Deb

Sorry if I'm a bit cynical, but I'm just really unhappy/worried about having to file a charge dispute on this (and how to explain it to the CC company). Any suggestions on this??!?!
Marc,
You won't have to "explain". I've done one chargeback involving an OP and at no time was I asked what the merchandise was. When I originally called my CC company, I just said I had placed an order but never received the product. They sent me some forms to fill out. You just had to indicate what it was you paid for...a product, service, etc. I didn't even have proof that I had contacted the OP and tried to resolve the problem. I didn't have a phone number or email addy. The only way to correspond with them was through their website. But my CC company still allowed the chargeback.
It was a bit of a hassle, as far as the time spent calling, filling out forms, mailing back and forth....but the actual process was pretty simple.

Thanks for the advice on handling chargebacks -- fortunately, I got a PM from an anonymous member who suggested that I contact RX-Payments (the company that FSP was using to process its credit card orders) directly, and explain that I had placed an order w/ FSP and they stated it could not be filled and would be refunded. He even gave me the toll-free # to RX-Payments -- I called this morning, gave the woman who answered the story (they even answered right away, in clear English, NO wait time -- I was amazed). She asked for the last 4 digits of my CC # and the amount I had been charged already by FSP, both of which I gave her. She checked her system and said a refund had already been done for my account on 11/28 (which I found hard to believe because that was Sunday), but sure enough, I checked back on my online access to CC account tonight (12/1/04) and the refund was now showing up (just like that -- no warning). So I got all the $$ back from the FSP order and didn't have to do any paperwork.
Apparently RX-Payments has been getting a lot of complaints about FSP so they are just issuing the credits (probably to avoid getting into fights with CC companies when people start filing chargebacks). Guess I got lucky this time. (Oh -- my "order status" with FSP still says "at pharmacy" like it's still active. Plus, their site is still advertising Lorcet and Zydone, both of which are hydro products -- but no more Norco. They're also still advertising the whole slew of benzodiazepines (I don't ever use any of those, but I just think it's interesting that they had a huge "run" on hydro and couldn't stock it, but still have (at least advertised) everything else that's popular). They're pretty expensive though, and given FSP's track record with the Norco products, I would never order anything else from them again.
Any way to "blacklist" this place on the official list?!?!

To the one who was asking, debit cards are a bit more hassle.I too used my VISA debit card, and had to contact my main Bank branch, and I had to make copies of ALL emails I have sent to Freeshipping and I sent them to the bank Priority mail yesterday.Yes, it is a HUGE hassle but this company is not going to walk with my money.I had a total of 6 emails asking them to send or refund, with not one response. The lady at the bank was MOST helpful, and said it is "illegal" big time for them to charge your card without shipping, she sounded anxious to get my paperwork going on it so I am grateful for that.As for anyone even considering ordering from this place??? NO WAY, There are too many others to order from, don't evn bother with them! Wren

Please be careful when using a debit card as a cc... reason being, is cuz if there ever were a scam the 'scammer' would now have access to your entire account!... know what i am trying to say here?? I would never use a debit card that is connected to my acct for that reason (among others). You should really consider getting a 'pre-paid' card, which are easy to come by, and set it up for a set amount [say 300 or whatever it is] and that is the limit of the card. GAWD forbid u ever get scammed, that is all that the 'scammer' could ever get... Just a word to the wise, so that you don't end up losing everything....
Better safe than sorry

I just checked my cc info and I received a full credit from freeshipping. Hopefully everybody that had funds taken for no service is refunded as well. Good Luck.

The Site is gone today as well. Disappeared. Go there and if anyone can explain what that stuff means, I would appreciate it.

The phone # to RX-Payments is 866-707-8961. I just had to explain that I had ordered from FSP and then received an e-mail on 11/26 stating that they couldn't ship and would refund my order price. Since I didn't get a credit by 12/1/04, I was about ready to call my CC company and file a charge dispute, but then got a suggestion to call RX-Payments and tell them about it. The woman there was extremely helpful and said my refund had already been processed on 11/28 -- not sure if that was really the case or not, but when I checked my CC account online that night (12/1), the credit was showing up.
To everyone who's been scammed by FSP, if you used a CC and it was processed through RX-Payments, I would strongly advise that you contact them first and try to get your refund that way. If that doesn't work, then definitely start a dispute of the charge with your bank or CC company (start doing this ASAP, as some CC companies and state laws are different on how long you have to file a dispute on something before the "statute of limitations" [so to speak] runs out).
** By the way, the site is no longer functioning as of today (12/3) -- if you try to go to it, you just get a bunch of junk on the screen. Looks like FSP has finally bit the dust (and gone into the dumpster where it belongs). Just don't let them scam you -- get your money back in any way you can!!
Hope this helps,
Marc

They tried to redo websit last night and I guess there was a bug on it. I did see that they had "canada meds" on several locations of the code so if you see that website popup somewhere think Freeshipping and the wonderful experience you had.
They have removed all pain meds, probably figured it was not worth the hassle when they got swamped. The few pain relief remaining are under categories such as "migraine". I hope everyone gets there money back.
Happy Happy Holidays everyone!

I received #60 hydro 10/500's on 11/18 that I'd ordered on 11/12. No problems.
Whether they are still delivering or not, I don't know. Looks like they're not doing well. I notice that Hydro is no longer listed and I haven't been able to access my account.
And to answer a previous question: there are some complications to using a debit card rather than a credit card. CC preferable. But you can find consumer protection info from various consumer rights boards, like the PRIG, etc.

I, too, ordered hydro around the same time frame as you and recieved with no problem.
Now, I go to their refill page and it says my product is "no longer active".
Furthermore, I've been reading on another board where peoples cc/debit cards have been charged and they haven't got their meds.
I think you and I were a couple of the lucky ones.

Whew!!!! well finally got a credit back to my bank acct. today, but I certainly do not give them the credit for doing the right thing and just refunding my money as they should have! I have had to jump through hoops to get this done, due to using my Visa debit card.I also contacted Rx-Payments and let them know.I hope if enough people have called they will just drop them anyway. But what a hassle to send the bank all my emails to them proving I have been attempting a refund.I hate these guys...I really really hope they go under quick like! If anyone is even considering using them for what little they now offer,I hope you won't just out of respect for what they put so many people through, waiting on Meds and using our money! Sorry just needed to vent, but at least I got my $$$ back,it could have been worse, been down that road more times than I care to remember!! Wren
