What is Panlor DC?

I have been doing alot of cleaning around the house and decided to clean out my bathroom cabinet. I found some Panlor DC that was prescribed to an exboyfriend. It is a full bottle and I'm curious what they are used for. I remember he hurt his back one time before and was prescribed some medicine and didn't take much of it. I will feel guilty throwing them away until I find out what they are used for, so if anyone knows please let me know.

same as synalgos dc
dihydrocodeinone (sic?)
a tad stronger than codeine, not quite as strong as vicodin,
ds stands for double strength
'ss= single strength
very expensive,
(40 w/copay)
has about 25mg caffeine in it,
I don't like it but my girlfriend likes it for monthly discomforts.
kinda a designer drug,(panlor) tho syn. has been around for decades.

Panlor® DC = 356.4mg Acetaminophen. 30mg Caffeine. 16mg Dihydrocodeine

Panlor® SS = 712.8mg Acetaminophen. 60mg Caffeine. 32mg Dihydrocodeine

The Panlor DC's are 1/2 strength when compared to the Panlor SS's. Very expensive med
