LOL..nothing beats BOTH AT THE SAME TIME, but I have to say benzos. Opiates cause me nothing more, really, than a huge increase in the original pain that brought me to them (yes, I realize I am one of the lucky few), but benzo W/D is like a two week long acid trip...a BAD one at that...not that I have done any of THAT stuff in over 20 years, back in my misspent youth!

oh yea nothing is as bad as both at once!!!
But hydro w/d is awefull absolutely no energy
every muscle in my body aches especially in the legs
headache,severe anxiety,basicly you feel like you are dying!
Benzo w/d is bad,it can be deadly,you could have a seizure
and the way that you feel is undescribable to me!!
BASICLY THEY BOTH SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't ever want to go through benzo w/d...some say it's one of the worst out there.

I have been on and off Valium for the past 20 years. I have NO problem going off of it - kind of feel jumpy the first week and a little achy - but that's it. However, when I am anxious muscles just totally spasm and you could bounce cement off my neck and shoulders and get terrible tension headaches. Valium is the ONLY thing that helps this - hence the reason I take it. However, when I do NOT, I have never had any "horrible" withdrawal symptoms.

w/d from any opiate is bad, REAL BAD - but you WILL live to tell the tale.... however, there have been many cases of death due to benzo w/d. With that being said, U feel worse w/ding from hydro, cuz the pain comes back, plus the added 'unfed' opioid receptors you've created are screaming, and it's just one of the most horrific things you ever want to imagine.
Benzo w/d is bad in a diff way - cuz most of the shyte that is going on is inside internally, and your heart, liver, pancreas, etc are all flippin out - and can be deadly - if not done correctly, can result in death. and u feel like shyte at the same time.... (sounds great huh kids?)
"No one has ever died from narcotic withdrawals, however many have died from benzodiazepine withdrawal" - quoted by Doctors all over the world.... Yea, both at once would def be enuff to make you go 'postal' -that is if you could even come up w/the energy to do it... prob not!! This is NOT something you wanna do, if at all avoidable....

I kwow that very few opiate addicts have died from withdrawel but have known more than I care to count killthemselves in jail when they realized they were not gettinng out ...Back in those days late 70's we would have thrown away a script for hydrocodone..I did go through w/d for 15-20 200mg tuinals that i had been on for about 45 days and beleive that could have dantes inner circle of hell..I just tried to kick after 20 years of k4's and meth maintenance.Didn't quite make it but did reduce my dose in half..Jan 3. I try again and this time the monkeys going down with the help of a small amout v's,soma,and ambiens(less than 12 of each) to help me.Feb. is going to be the first month I'm not on the crutch in 25 years........ Either hydros or benzo w/d can take you to the worst place you have ever been depending on your body chemistry.degree of habit,psych makeup,past injuries or diseases(arthritus for example)..IF THERE IS ANY WAY POSSIBLE FIND A DOCTOR YOU TRUST AND BE HONEST WITH HIM.He needs to at least give you a physical to see if you are in condition to start withdrawel. If you can work with him/her the whole process will be easier and they will be somebody you can talk to if you start the old patterns again.Check out N/A I have seen them to miricles with people who were habit prone

Both at the same time does suck. I came off hydro & xanax at the same time. Imodium & Soma helped a little. Methadone was the toughest for me to kick.
