Hi leontes625 ... I read about your problem, sorry to hear that, I know it can be frustrating (very). Honestly, I didn't do anything. I've worked with third party processors before and this is what normally happens:
You authorize a charge (place an order). A temporary hold is put on your card until it clears the bank. This can take up to three days (possibly slightly more depending on the time of day, your bank and their bank, etc.) If the company processes (accepts) your order on their end, the charge will go from temporary hold to actually being a charge (debit) and you'll see it listed as a debit. If the company refunds / voids your order, the temporary charge will disappear. Normally a refund is made after a charge is accepted (becomes a debit), but with some processors, they give you up to 48 hours for a merchant to initiate a "refund", and instead of a refund, it's actually a void ... so the transaction never shows as a debit or a credit on your statement. Each processor is slightly different. If the company actually refunds (not voids), it can still take up to three days or so for the credit to appear in your account. It's a little more involved than that, but that's the main framework.
So if this actually appeared as debit on your account, I would contact your bank and ask them to get the funds back. You had said that your bank called you about the five charges. I would call them back and tell them that you do not want the charges to go through.
If this is still in temporary hold status, the company is probably either not going to process it or refund / void it ... it will just drop off.
In my case, my bank didn't call me, but I had only made one attempt at ordering from this group. Anytime you enter a card number, you should wait for awhile (couple of hours) and see if it shows up on your statement. Or if in doubt, you could call your bank and see if they have any temporary holds on your account if it doesn't show up in a couple of hours (it just depends on the time of day). Even though it might not look like it went through on the website you made the order on, it probably did.

I received my meds after five days-funds were held for three. Meds finally came through tho on fifth day. I agree, this company is awful-no customer service at all, you don't don;t know what's going on! Good luck
