Well just placed another order with them - I won't order from anyone else - that is how reliable I find OP4L - plus if there ever is any problem - all you have to do is communicate with them in a reasonable fashion - explain the problem and it is quickly resolved - unlike many other IOP's. They will be around for a long long time - as they seem to be developing a good customer base - and you can only do that if you deliver the goods!!!!!!!!!

My experience:
2 small orders placed and received within a reasonable period of time. Both were complete, and satisfactory.
On 8/4/04 I placed a large order for 250Mg(250 x 1mg tablets). I don't need it all at once, but I didn't want to keep placing small orders and risking customs siezure for them all.
On 9/03/04 I recieved a package that contained:
310 x .25mg
50 x .5mg
Not one single 1Mg tablet was included, and of the 250Mg order, I only got 102.5Mg
I contacted Matthew immediately (the same day), and was told that he would look into it.
On 9/18/04 Matthew said "I am going to make sure that the rest of your order is shipped next week".
Yesterday, 12/03/04, I received another package. It contained 125Mg. (125 x 1Mg tablets)
In summary, after 4 months of patience and excuses, I am still not in possession of my completed order. I am, at this point, only 22.5Mg short, and perhaps I should be satisfied that I got anything at all, but I'm not.
I paid the full amount requested at the time of my purchase, and in return, I expect to recieve the exact order I placed. Sending 2 or 3 seperate packages is fine, but don't replace my 1Mg tablets with .25's and .5's. If I wanted .25's or .5's, then THAT is what I would have ordered.
I may never get the rest of my order, and honestly, at this point, I could care less.
My advice to other buyers would be to avoid these people. They did TRY to keep me happy, but they fell way far short.

and for me; they go way far out of their way to do business.
just the flip-side to be fair, and not a knock on your post.
edit: just to qualify, i always use DOMESTIC orders.

I have since found more reliable and honest companies to do business with. Live and learn

Forget your fears and want no more
Domestic feedback on this company still seems to be great. However, for those of us who have to use their IOP service (whether by choice or because we live outside the U.S.), I haven't read any good feedback about OP4L's international operations in quite some time. Their communication with both domestic and IOP customers (IMO) still seems excellent but unless you're prepared to wait two months (or more) for an order, do not use OP4L's IOP service. OP4L has always kept in contact with me concerning any of my orders and I'd use their IOP service again, but not until I see that they have solved their IOP shipping problems. Twenty or thirty days just to dispatch an order and then another thirty plus days in transit is ridiculously slow service.

Good point Cougar. Mine was a international order and that's where most of the complaints are coming from.

Just ordered but not from the IOP. will update as soon as i hear or see something 
also, do the packages come discreetly? i am having it sent to work and i dont want them to know what it is. i hope it comes before 2 weeks i need these before the 17th.

Have only ordered Domestic - and the packaging is the most discreet I have ever seen. Could be anything from a coffee mug to Christman ornaments - you certainly would NEVER know what was inside.....

now 1,5 month since my order. last week they said they had shipped, but I havent recieved my order yet (strange that it takes 1,5 month to ship a couple of ambien!)

If it is really being domestically shipped, why does it have to be so discreet? As long as it doesn't rattle, who cares? After all, it's not going through customs. Come to think of it, who cares if it does rattle? Maybe RRx4less could comment?

yup, excellent job! looks just like everything else i order, electronics, gifts, etc... and i like it that way. it makes ME feel like doing business again. and i have. and will again.

I for one am glad they package discreetly even though it IS DOMESTIC. Who needs a nosy UPS guy rattling your meds around. I think this shows that this company is really "on the ball" as I am certain packaging is not cheap - but I am certainly willing to pay more for discreet packing and their DOMESTIC service - which to my knowldge NO other IOP has.
Summation - they are a great company and will have my business for a long time.
If you don't care about discreet - there are a zillion companies out there who would be happy to oblige I am certain!
