Has anyone heard of or tried this? It is listed on an IOP site as Vicodin, but the tablet pictured is blue. I've heard of "European Vicodin", is it chemically comparable to the US version?

Dihydrocodeine is [censored]. It won't provide pain relief. You are better off taking aspirin.

European Vicodin? Just one more ripoff. It may be anything, Tylenol 3, 4 or something less. It could be another codeine combo of codeine, caffiene and APAP. One potent thing it might be is DHC - dihydrocodeine. Don't waste your time and LE is all over this stuff.

LE is Law Enforcement. A great source to decode chat abbreviations is at http://www.urbandictionary.com/

I find DHC to be an extremely potent pain killer. Either 60mg normal release or the stronger time release versions are the most potent pain killers I can get my hands on being in Australia (& that's from IOPs of course).
USA people are so lucky. Everything you guys get hydro prescribed for we get 30mg codeine & APAP - IF we are lucky enough to have a reasonable doc.
dont dismiss DHC completely. If you arent used to the strong stuff it's potent.
& Please tell which IOP has it listed because right now there seems to be none to be had anywhere unless you can be bothered with 7mg + apap
