On occasion, my friend had an order due for a monday, that's when the pharm said he could have it. It was shipped overnight standard FEDEX and arrived at the hub on Saturday. So he called FEDEX and said they were his diabeties meds and the pharmacy screwed up and should have sent it for Saturday delivery. Within minutes a customer liason was on the phone explaining how someone was finding the exact bin it was located in, and they would have it ready within a few hours. Anyone think he could get in trouble for this?

Absolutely! Lying is a mortal sin. You need to go to Confession before you die or you'll end up in [censored].

First let me say OH MY GOODNESS PEOPLE! Second, I came upon this site by accident (or fate) thru search engine. I returned often over the past couple months cause I have found it so informative. I have used this site's info to benifit MYSELF only, as I am a CHRONIC PAIN SUFFERER as well as most of you. However I am also the mother of 4 small boys and the wife of 10 years to our city's Chief of Police. --PLEASE DON'T FREAK ---- I tell you this only so you know how I know these things. Now with that said - being the Police Chief, my husband also works closely with the Drug Task Force. When preparing a for a "bust" there are steps they take. First of all they have to gather the info, which is usually done by an udercover officer pretending to makes "buys" then after they have gather enough info they obtain a search warrant and plan the "bust". This is usually done in the early early mornin hours for 2 reasons, 1 being people are usually at home and asleep and 2 they don't expect it. And as someone mentioned before they DO have to advise you of your rights. They DO NOT call before they come! Another thing, the little folks that order a bottle of hydro from time to time, myself included are a waste of time and resources. They want the BIG guys. Although I am not that familiar with the DEA, I have a hard time believing they would contact you by phone.
I am also guilty of ordering from codhydrocodone I recieved my first order no prob, however the site went down right after I placed my second order. And of course it never shipped. Now when you read the FAQ on most NROP there is usually one that asks "Is this legal" and the answer is yes. So if thats what we are told, how are we supposed to know different?

And for those of you how are curios, NO my husband is not aware that I get my meds from NROP. He don't ask and I don't tell
I think we all need to take a deep breath!

Anyone who thinks they can predict the actions of the DEA is delusional. I've seen DEA serve state warrants just because of a favor owed. Yes, DEA agents tried to serve a state warrant because their state buddies didn't want to travel to do it, so...ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN! Right around the holidays especially these feds are looking for a simple, low-risk mission that won't take them away from their families and won't get them killed. Making a few phone calls takes up some time & makes them look active enough to collect their pay, So I wouldn't worry about the call.

I would worry about any questionable operations out of Florida right now. Feds love to go there in the winter anyway, a pharmacy bust is good media too. Right now they are cleaning up the scum, the illegals, the greedy and the stupid. Hope they don't climb the ladder too high...
