I used Presto meds and my bottle says 10/650, my receipt I printed out shows i ordered 10's and that they shipped me 10's, but when they got here, they were 7.5's!! I was supposed to get 60 10's, so I e-mailed them and told them they owe me 30 7.5's free of charge since my receipt and their bottle both say i was supposed to get 60 10's. Think they'll cough them up?

If you ordered with a credit card you might have some room to move. If not you might have just taken one up the keaster. Dont worry, I read somewhere that somebody got a bottle of peanuts! (Not from them)

lol, The funny thing is, I'm sooo totally surprised about this! I mean considering that I'm buying meds over the internet and all. lol I e-mailed them and told them they owe me 30 7.5's no charge, but I'm not holding my breath. From what I've read from previous customers, this place is reliable so maybe they'll surprise me. I mean most of their orders come from people who look to see if they come through for others, so I would think they would want to keep customers happy ya know?

If you read through previous threads of presto they did the exact same thing to a number of DB'ers. People ordered 10's but received 7.5's. Unfortunately this is not an isolated problem with presto.

i think that may have happened to me also. i ordered 10/660 (i'd never heard of that combination). when i received the meds, they looked like 7.5's. but when i looked up the numbers on the internet, suprisingly, it said they were actually 10/660's. so, i'd say check the numbers on the internet and make sure they are actually 7.5's. as a side note, though, they didn't seem to work as well as the 10's so take that for what it's worth.

I looked them up on the internet (they say M358) and the two places I found said they were 7.5's and I called Walgreen's and they said they were too. I'm hoping they e-me back tomarrow saying, "oh, we are so sorry for this mistake, let us make it up to you with a lifetime supply of lortab 10's with free shipping!!" lol

This happened to multiple people who ordered from prestomeds. Unfortunately, presto seems to be going under and is not responding to any communications to cs, that I know of, about the wrong medications being sent out. I'm sorry that you got stuck too. What a rip off!

no e-mail back from them, i gues i'm out of luck. i need to find a good, cheap, reliable source. (don't we all?;)) if anyone has any suggestions, i'd really appreciate it.

I just rec'd order number from a place called blue sky, read about them on this site as a matter of fact!!  My order status says order received, so I'm thinking it should be here in the next few days with 2nd day delivery? The prices were unexpectedly low too. I have had good luck with a place called liberty meds if anyone is interested.
