This was the fairly CURT response I received after waiting a month. I received no product nor love letter. I am (also) in New Jersey.
"85% of customers find biotran have a good rate of delivery and 15% will find biotran a very bad company .You are one of the 15% which there is no point dealing with. I know this is no good to here but if a small shipment can
not make it larger shipments have no chance."
So I guess that's a long winded way of say "Hasta La Vista, Baby"...

...that's actually the longest email I've ever seen Biotran write!
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you; that's really a shame. At least you didn't lose any money, right? Unfortunately, there are definitely regions where Biotran's packages don't get through. But enough where they do...(crossing fingers, here, that my region stays that way). If you're one of the lucky ones, Biotran is very dependable. I've been really happy with my experience and the med quality - can't ask for better - this will be my 6th order, I believe.

Interesting isn't it, that when Pharma24 was around, all my packages arrived. Great customer service isn't it that when people don't receive their meds, he blows them off. 15% is too high a percentage not to arrive. Yet he doesn't realize its his lack of return address that's causing seizures. Well, you did a bit better than me, he emailed you back.

I have had about 130 shipments sent out to me,I know from reading pharma24 forum that you have sign for your medication.Biotran send meds to about 5 of my friends who all live in PA like me.Not one of us have had one seizure to this date.I know that it upsets people who read this forum and find most of the people find sucess and a small minorty find this company no good.I understand this but it is better to love and lost and not to have love at all.People who read this forum take there chance just like everyone else and have nothing to lose.How do you know that people who have there meds seized are not on some list by customs when pharma24 went down or any other company.The only thing I know about biotran is they ship from spain and the u.k.I do not even know where in the u.k or spain and I have received over 130 shipments or more.So customs have no chance of knowing either.I think since 9/11 some states spend more on sercurity than others.And that is why most people have sucess and some people do not.The one thing is that if you have seizures it does not come out of your pocket.And why biotran offers this deal you will all ways have people trying this company because only a idiot would turn down this offer.

I put $90 in the mail outright, i already went thru that process a few years ago with samples and now I was at the point where I sent money to Biotran and they sent meds to me. So I am out $90, plus the same from February's seizure. Biotran will not reply to my emails, you know so much about them, can you answer me why they won't reply to me? At least if I could get some kind of feedback from them, I could try to figure out the problem, because at one point I was getting my orders from them and considered them a good company. But if i'm having problems with receiving orders, I shouldn't just be blown off by them as a "nuisance," or someone not worth sending meds to anymore!!!!!!! Actually, Biotran stopped replying to my emails after I informed them of the first seizure letter I received in 2/04. Do you consider this fair business practice? What if it happened to you? So I'm persona non gratis because I have bad luck? You/he really thinks he's smarter than anyone else, always calling people idiots and stupid. why are you so defensive of this guy, protecting him and defending him. There only can be one answer to that.

Yea, for sure Bio guy gets pissy when he doesn't wanna hear you... He sometimes responds, sometimes doesn't... I, too was doing well w/him and sent cash then waited and waited till 3 months passed - when i asked he said "u dont pay - u dont get" but i did pay; and tried to find out what happened i wouldve sent another payment cuz he was so good.. I was always very polite in emails.. He just wouldn't answer me at all... totally cut me off, and wouldn't even let me start over or try anything at all! I said I'd resend payment - no response. Aaaahhhh what can you do?? I guess he can be as picky as he wants.. oh well

Well a nice guy he is not. But i've found several other places where the customers are treated like human beings, lots of other fish in the sea... remember i paid outright for these pills, as i went thru the "you send me, I'll pay you" process a year or so ago. after the "trust" orders were over, you had to pay outright and then get the meds. so I am out money. Sometimes that's to be expected when buying imported meds, but its this amazing attitude he has that his shipments are so invicible, they could never be seized, and if you say they are, you're lying.... and this is with an envelope that has no return address.

Not bad considering over a weekend and Thanksgiving to boot.
I have learned the faster you pay the faster the turnaround from him.

Hey,
I have heard that he has his own problems. He gets confused and once a mistake is made (by either him or a customer), it throws off his system and he will cut people off. There isn't much you can do with this guy once he thinks he has been ripped off.

Can someone tell me how many Codeisan or Perduretas Biotran will ship per order? I was getting 120 per order for quite awhile, two packages of 60. My last order I only received 60. I emailed, and and did'nt get a straight answer.
