I placed an order with this outfit on 12/29/03. A few weeks later they said my order had been "Detained" buy customs. They then went on to say it would take some time to get my ordere to me as there was some type of back-up.
I then asked them to refund my money at which time they said they won't due to the fact the order was "Detained" not seized. They said they would be sending out my order along with MANY others that were"Detained."
I then recived a e-mail saying that my order as well as many others were on the way and we would have them in 14 days "Gaurenteed" but they never came.
Here it is the 20th of April 2004 and after finalley getting through to a human at their site phone number he promised to have an answer for me the next day...He did not!!
Today the04/20/04 I sent the webmaster a letter asking him why he has not answered or provided me the info we talked about on the phone, needless to say I have not heard from him.
So my friends...my advise to you is DON"T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! BEWARE!! I'm out over $200.00. If they ever come through I will post again but please, please DON"T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE as you may not get what you pay for.
Make the guys take care of former customers before new orders go out.
BEWARE OF CANADARXDIRECT.COM AS THEY DON'T DO WHAT THE SAY.

I got through to the owner today. He was very nice and polite. I told him of my problems and he offered to refund my money AND send the order anyway at no charge. He said he would do this even though it was U.S. Customs that had started this mess.
I will post again as soon as I have something to report on. I would be happy to just get my money back but if I get both my order and the money returned like Lynn said he would do then that would go a long way towards changing my mind about the honesty of this place..........We'll see

received both the back orders today. they have always come thru, however our gov't has caused problems. they appear to be very honest imo.

I ordered from this company June 3rd, and when I just sent them an email asking them to find my order, I received an automated reply that they have just changed domain names...
They are now http://www.canadasbestrx.com/, they say due to SPAM. Apparently, they'll be moving on the 30th, but they're still taking orders on the old URL...that doesn't seem right.
I probably won't ever see my order... any suggestions?

Give them a call on their new phone number which is (250)245-2899. They have been very responsive as they now have more staff working their customer service!

WARNING - TOTAL SCAM - NEEDS TO BE ON BLACKLIST
I placed an order on 11/4/04, and spent over $200. The company is located in Canada, and so am I. I figured it would get here no matter what since there would be no customs to get through. It is now 11/28/04, and the order never came. I figured this would happen considering what all of you have said about this company in previous posts. I have sent numerous emails to any web address that s eemed affiliated with this company, and no response. All of their phone lines have been disconnected.

I rec'd an email from them, which i thought was total spam, but it had my name on it, so thats how i found it.
they should have changed the graphics or somthing. I hate this operation for obvious reasons 
steer clear of this place!!
