I just wanted all to know about ExpressReliefServices.Com. They are a wonderful site. I signed up with them last week, and was not really sure how they operated. After you sign up, you do not get to immediately place an order, and I was confussed. I thought I had missed a call from them Saturday morning, so I called Monday. They said they did not show where I signed up, so the girl took all my information over the phone. The doctor called me that evening, was very polite, and concerned about my condition. I asked for 10/500 x 120, she said that for first time orders that I could get 10/650 or 10/325 x 120 for free. I said sure, send 10/650s. She then asked if there was anything else, and I asked for Soma. She said that would be fine, and prescribed 60. I just recieved my package, all accounted for. AAA service, and great folks to deal with. Heres the breakdown;
Consult: 120.00
1 time member fee: 9.95
10/650 x 120 FREE
Soma x 60 50.00
C O D fee 7.50
Priority Ship 30.00
Total Amount 217.45
These folks are the greatest, and I highly recommend.
web page
I just noticed, 2 refills on both. OH MY GOD

Do they require records? How long was the start to delivery recieved time? They seem to sound pretty good so far. Do they accept credit cards?

I faxed a couple MRI reports and my DL. Start to finish, 3 days. Unreal. And they do it all C O D. Oh, and yes they accept Credit Cards, but I don't own any.

Can someone help me out? The medical questionaire on the Express Relief Services site asks Upper Back with a list of numbers T1, T2, T3, T4 ans so one - the same for Lower back L1, L2, L3 - Does anyone know what this means? I want the fill out the form correctly. Is it location on the body or severity? Please advise.
Thanks

if you were diagnosed with back pain how come you do not understand t1, l2, etc etc? you need to call your real doctor and find out what area or areas you hurt.

This is sorta off topic but....
C = Cervical
T = Thoracic
L = Lumbar
Basically the neck, chest area and lower back areas of the spine..

Thank you for your kindness - I just had my doctor's records faxed over, which explained everything. I appreciate your help.

I am in the middle of ordering from them, my consult is tomorrow, so I don't know how they do the refills, but...I've called them 2 times in the last day and a half and they have always answered their phone and have been very nice and helpful. So if I were you, I would just click on the "contact us" on the website and call them and ask.

You're exactly right. You just call. I had my first refill processed on November 19, which was a Friday. I called Friday morning, requested a FedX Saturday delivery, I got a phone call from them Friday night with my FedX tracking number, and meds were received Saturday Morning 11/20.

Good evening all.
Just want to know if the records has to actually be an MRI (i have one but am thinking it will be awkward to fax) or will any other documentation do?
I also want to know if there is a 30-day waiting period between refills.
After being burned by NROPs, I am going to enroll in a records OP. I just want to ensure that I request the right records from my PCP....don't want to delay the process.
I am so very impressed by what I have read this evening. I think this is the place for me.
If anyone is uncomfortable answering my questions on the board, please feel free to PM me.
Any help/guidance is sincerely appreciated.
Thank you,
Deb

with exactness grinds He all.
