Help I talked to the doctor today at about 1pm never got anything in my email about it shipping or how much to make out the money order for I have 90 hydro 10/500 coming they said when I called at 4pm that it would ship today for am tomorrow but did know the total yet they are now down for the night still no email so what do I do about the money order? Is their a way to get my shipping info from FedEx it self with out a tracking # or do they give you the email later at night if so what time about. Does anyone know what the total for meds, talking to the doctor and am shipping would be I so don’t want to be with out meds tomorrow and if I don [‘t know what to get the money order for how do I get me meds tomorrow I have no way to get the FedEx to pick them up help

when the script is filled u should get an invoice from Ephy with your total-u need adobe to read it then u will get an email from fedex with your tracking number and total again

this is the most confusing week, I'm a little confused but I hope I can help answer your question about ephy.. i didn't order a refill but did ask them last week on the refill section of their site if i could add xanax to my consult which i paid for with order for hydro a little less than a month ago. So i put my question in the refill section and never got a reply.
Today, without any warning at all , no confirm email, price, receipt , no adobe note receipt like the one I got for the first order and consult fee which i paid COD , suddently their is a priority expedited by 10am fedex delivery from Ephy which was NOT the xanax, but my hydro refill which was not expected at all but appreciated since the blue sky order (my regular script for MS , DDD and OA is 120 when I do actually have a doctor that cares and insurance , moved recently long story, not dd'ing don't worry! anyway the blue sky order did NOT move out of BIR , I didn't even it recently, it was an old order and i think bluesky is catching up ?? Got a QV as mentioned on the bluesky/pres4sale thread here , yesterday on a sunday which i found odd , then a notice today that it was denied by doc no explanation whatsoever.
So since i had a Money order expecting the bluesky order I used that and overpaid the Ephy delivery, called ephy and they credited my account for the difference. They are excellent IMHO and very willing to help .
So the bottom line is , the total for Ephy 10/500 90 count was 110.40 COD and that was not including the consult which i paid for last month. if it was your first order and the consult needs to be included , i think it's only 35.00.
Fedex apparently doesn't mind if it's more , i trust ephy and the rep assured me it would be credited to my acct for the next order.
HTH! Now I have no need for this total confusion with bluesky/ pres4sale , they sent me a tracing quantum notify still in BIR and then a denied by doctor notice ? This was from an old order and I am quite confused good thing i wasn't counting on them and quite amazed that ephy sent that order but not complaining , it was only about a week early.
BTW for anyone having trouble with the NROPs I didn't need complicated records with Ephy actually quite simple and the consult fee is very low as are the prices so I think I'll stick with them from now on. The whole thing with consult and 2 refills cost me LESS than one visit to the doctor with no insurance , then god forbid i get referred to yet anohter MRI to 'prove' for the 10th time I actually have MS.

You can use your customer number as a reference number on the fed ex web site to track your package if it is in the system. I have done that before. They use your 4 digit customer number as your reference number with fed ex.

You can do it that way... but.... the FedEx system also wants EPHY's account number.. for that, you can send me a PM and I can give that to you.
Also, you might want to wait a bit before total panic, sometimes they don't get out emails until later in the day, you might not see it until 4pm pst.
But... yet again, you posted this yesterday, so I'm wondering if you ever got your package?
Usually EPHY sends you your invoice with Adobe.
And.... if this is your first consult, then you won't have your customer number just yet.
Also, the consults are $45 not $35
Just wondering if you got your COD yet or not?
