Dear Patients,
Once again, we apologize to anyone who has been inconvenienced by our recent move or who has experienced unpleasant behavior on the part of our staff. We moved to our new location in order to better serve our customers by having more space and bringing on board more staff and we definitely expect them to act appropriately. Things are beginning to settle into a rhythm with call volumes and everyone is getting used to the new space. We hold staff meetings everyday to reiterate how important you, the patients, are.
We do need to address however that there is a rumor that we are 5-9 days delayed in processing orders and this is just not true. We process orders the day that we receive them unless they come to us after 5pm because we close at 6pm and we have to finish the orders that are already in the process so that they can be picked up by UPS at 6. We process the orders that are left over the next morning. The best advice that I can give to everyone is to order your meds three days earlier than the due date so that they you may feel sure that they will get to you in a timely manner.
We weathered a far more treacherous storm in the past when we couldn't fill any prescriptions and had to route all of our patients to other pharmacies. We got through that thanks to the loyalty of our wonderful patients and we ask that you all support us through this hard time. I encourage you all to thank your customer service operator for their efforts when you call and let them know if they are being unpleasant. There isn't one person that works here that would intentionally be rude to a patient and they would love to hear that they are truly helping people in the midst of our changeover.
Thank you very much,
Woody Pharmacy

Thank you for your post Woody's.
I have just one question about your refill date on bottle.
Last refill there was some confusion.
I placed order the day before bottle date which fell on a Friday. I called to clarify some billing information that Thursday morning..the lady that answered said "just a minute!" and handed the phone to a very nice gentleman. Apparently I was one day early. You mention ordering a few days early. Will you please clarify...is the date on bottle the date that I should wait to place order or what?
Hope this is a appropriate place to post question, don't get on this free board much anymore.
Thanks again, and keep up your great service, Cinloo

The date on the bottle is the "early" date you can order. It is 4 days early (26 days from last fill )to account for weekends and shipping delays.

Quick personal experience post:
I used Woody's for a refill last week and everything went seamlessly. My refill was sent out that day for next day delivery and there were no problems.
If you want to see if your order has left try tracking by the reference number at the UPS site...the reference number is your last name and then the shipping zip code I believe. The customer rep who told me this was quite pleasant and I had absolutely no problem with her at all.

Please do note that we already label the prescription with a due date 4 days before it actually due. We recommend highly that you order on that due date.

These guys are the BEST pharmacy I have EVER used. Their prices are the most competitive, their service is without question and I love the fact that they actually answer the phone expeditiously.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
A FOREVER loyal customer.

I'm not sure where best to post this, but I have a question about using Woody's webpage refill section. I submitted a request this weekend, but I'm wondering if I should have stuck w/ the email requests instead. The webpage request portion doesn't have a section for cc info...just notes. Has anyone had experience w/ submitting refills on the webpage? TIA!

Yes. Just fill it out and if you have any questions, there's a section for that. Last time, I submitted a refill request on a Sunday and by Monday morning they acknowledged my order and said they would get it out ASAP. My only beef with their process is that they don't do the best job with sending tracking information. They told me (with my first order) that UPS would send it to me (Quantum View mail), but it never happened. Didn't matter as my ordered arrived the next day.

i have always had better luck calling woody's...online refill option gets delayed sometimes...but maybe they've worked out the kinks.

Ok, now I'm worried. No UPS email, like I usually get by 9:30 EST. They called me today to ask for my security code for my credit card.....but they ALWAYS have also sent the Quantum UPS thing, too.

I called woody's today and placed my refill, no email for tracking number...I tried tracking by reference number and nothing comes up....Can you still get delivery without tracking? Woodys has NEVER been late with any of my refills before, so I was just wondering....huh, maybe something wrong with UPS system........

they switched it to first initial + last name + zip
so John Smith 90210 would be JSMITH90210
However your not alone without being able to track today. maybe they just forgot to add the reference? hopefully

Wow! The email notification FINALLY showed up around 12:30 am! Must be a UPS thing. All is well, though. Thanks for the help!
