I called their customer service number and left a detailed message. Still no reply. It's been 21 days since they claim they shipped the product and I've received nothing in response to my inquiries; no product, no email, no phone call. If these people are legitimate they sure don't act like it. I'm beginning to think SCAM.
No, they're definitely not a scam..they're a really good iop. Their packages come from overseas and as registered mail - you should get a slip and then you have to go sign for it at the post office.
I'm surprised (and sorry) to hear that they're not responding to your inquiries! I've had really good luck with them. Hope you do too.
