Is this one of those phases where everyone shuts down and resurfaces under new names? Please PM me if you do not feel comfortable posting publicly.

Are there ANY nrops delivering right now?? Again, PM me if you prefer.

Thanks!!

lets face it, these sites straddle the line between legal and illegal activities, although they have many legitimate customers, i'm sure they have sold prescriptions to dealers, kids, etc... this is what happens when a site doesn't require proof of identity and medical condition. It makes sense that legal actions would close these sites down occasionally. That's the price we pay for an immediate medication source. Take advantage cause they're fleeting by design.

if you read some of the posts the LE is investigating all these places and UPS is appently the ones who told some customers, best advice stay away as if you have ordered from any of these places then probably someones got your name, I do not want to scare anyone, but facts are facts, I think everyone will be ok as long as you stay away for now, all the NROP's are either gone or not shipping, right now some people report getting orders from www.prestomeds.com but that site looks just the same as newlevitra and some others that claim to be having server problems, and I read on another forum thta Ken drugs in FL has been raided at 4 locations it was in the news here is a copy of the story:

Investigators Raid 4 Ken Drugs Stores, Offices

TAMPA -

State, local and federal investigators swooped in Tuesday morning to search four Ken Drugs stores and offices in Tampa.
Authorities would not disclose the focus of what they described as an ongoing investigation.

About 50 investigators from the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office searched facilities on West Waters Avenue, North Dale Mabry Highway, North Habana Avenue and West Columbus Drive.

At each location, investigators parked a small U-Haul truck ready to cart off boxes of records.

``I can confirm the DEA served search warrants at several Ken Drugs locations, but beyond that, I cannot say anything more,'' said Steve Cole, spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in Tampa. ``There were no arrests made today.''

Dominick Albanese, special agent in charge of the Tampa DEA office, said the investigation encompasses Tampa and Kentucky, and that other search warrants were executed outside of Tampa. He would not elaborate.

Kentucky State Police referred questions to the DEA.

Ken Drugs President Kenneth Shobola could not be reached for comment.

Investigators converged on the Ken Drugs store and Kenaday Medical Clinic at 1612 W. Waters Ave. just before 9:30 a.m. While some searched inside, two others combed through the contents of a trash bin outside, taking note of address labels on cardboard boxes.

I'm new to this and kind of confused. I places one order last month with rx1stop for 30 count 7.5/500. No Dr ever called or anything. I wondered if this was legal or not. This week I placed order with NHRG and got a consult and had to fax proof of Dr visit within last year. After reading alot of posts here I guess the rx1stop was illegal, but is NHRG legit? Do you think LE would be interested in someone that just ordered once from one of the NROP's? I would think they would be looking for the people who were ordering the most...probably dealers or kids like you said, but it does make me worry a bit. Seems like the fools that order from multiple sites continuosly are ruining it for people that have legit pain issues. Just my opinion.

Ah, where to begin. Well, I guess we should first clarify the "facts" you speak of. Since we all know how stories get extended every time they are told.

For example, I just read that a post on another thread that said that everyone who ordered froma NROP can expect a call from the DEA. Ludicrous, paranod, manipulative lies.

So, facts are facts, huh?

Okay, as I have seen, the only "fact" we have AT ALL regarding the allegeded "investigation" is not a fact, but merely one poster who reported that his/her UPS guys told the poster that UPS is investigating Woldnet solutions and some of its customers, but, luckily this person is not under one of them.

Guess what? That is a LIE. You know why? UPS delivery drivers are not privey to information about investigations and most certainly not who they involve. In fact, if UPS knew, he would be immediately fired if he made any such statement, true or false. This is a fact as told to be by MY UPS delivery person.

Here are some more facts. All the NROP's are not gone. Some of them never left and have been operating for a long time.

The ones that sell hydro's are few are far between right now, I agree, but several, including long standing, reputable places like healthmeds.biz, are still up and running and doing just fine, they just require CC's. Which, to me anyway, is no problem and, to be honest, a lot easier than COD.

Even a few COD only places are still operating (like prestomeds.com).

So much for "all NROP's are closed right now."

So, then, what are the facts you are referring to?

Do you have some new information that has not been posted. If so, please share.

The Ken Drugs story you posted was fascinating but had nothing what so ever to do what the subject in question.

Otherwise everything else at this point, besides the fact that, as has happenned before twice in past six months, many NROP's have shut in a short period of time and, as happenned in those previous times, we have posters predicting the end of the world, LE visits and all this other stuff. And every time, new places (or old ones renamed) sprouted up within a few weeks to take the place and the "dire" predictions calmed dosappeared.....

Maybe this time is different. But, like I have said now in three posts, there is no reason to start thinking it's over for NROP's or that anyone who ordered (or even double-dipped) is now going to be arrested or contacted by the LE.

Because these "leaps" are not only untrue in most cases, but based on incorrect information and quite frankly, cruel.

Which brings me to my last point, and, one I find the most disturbing. It is the biggest reason why I do "DB holidays," or breaks from this board as I just did for most of this week after some of the posts I read.

First, let me say this is not directed at anyone in particular.

But there are a certain group of members here who are just dying to have the NROP's shut so their records OP's are protected.

Dying so much that they engage in fear mongering (you are going to be called by LE, they are investigating people who bought from these places, etc., etc.) by blowing out of porportion, in this case for example, one bad post and no other hard facts, for their own gain.

This is not the first time this has happenned.

In otherwords, pure selfishness.

So much for helping others.

Sad as it is, I guess we all have our own adgenda why we are here.

Some to help themselves and others, some to help only themselves, and others that not only care only about themselves but do so at the expense of others.

Sad.

nycalt, what is funny about the posters you are referring to is their naivete: They all seem to think that if the NROP's shut down, then the DEA will just retire, and the self-righteous law-makers will just relax in the satisfied glow of a job well done.

Of course, we know what is far more likely: They move on to the next target. Those ROP's look nice and juicy, don'tcha think?

If these fear-mongers had ANY idea what was in their best interests, they would hope that there is a continuous stream of NROP's, because the only thing that can protect the ROP's from overzealous DEA agents is something else to keep them busy.

Honestly, if brick-and-mortar doctors can be arrested for treating pain, why on earth would ROP's be any different?
