$50 consult
I order Hydro 10/500 (90) you get two refills. (Doctor is nice)
I get standard overnight C.O.D and my refills are around $95.00 total. The prices change slightly each refill, not sure why, but it is always $90 and something- never $100 or over.
You can get your refill every 23 days. I don't use their website. I just call the pharmacy to get my refill. They are pretty good about shipping it out the next day. I had one time when they screwed up and didn't ship it for some reason, so they shipped it the next day. Overall, I don't think you can beat the price for the consult and meds together. I was using Ephy, but healthplanpharmacy is cheaper. (they are the pharmacy Ephy used until they had some kind of falling out). So the healthplan pharmacy sent the patients information to order directly from them (via U.S. Mail). I wonder how many patients Ephy lost to them...but enough rambling. I would give this place a big thumbs up!

I just had my consult with them and I am happy to report their service is great.
I faxed the PDF form you must print out from the website, a copy of my ID and all of my medical records to them early this morning.
I then called to make sure my fax went through okay and to make sure I was getting a same day consult.
Sure enough the Dr. called as planned (after 12-noon) for my consult. She was very nice, brief and was ready to answer all my questions in a polite manner.
Now, I must wait and see how well the shipping of my meds goes. I will post back about that when I get them.

Things they should do better!

I think they should have their prices listed on either their
web site or drug buyers.com. Not knowing the prices for the medication unti AFTER the consult isn't really comfortable.
Like I said though, other than that I had a positive experience.

One of my friends used these guys and has told me nothing but horrer storys. I would highly recommend not using them. There are many other places out there that want your buisness. From what I understand, they charged his card for the consult and sent the 50$ in his COD so he ended up paying twice for it, he complained about that and got the money taken off the next order, however on the third and last order they told him that they couldn't send it until he had a physical form filled out that is within the last 6 months, that is rediculous, the least they could have done is ask him for it when he went to do his next consult, but like I said there are many other places out that and he will be using a diffrent one next time, these guys are a joke

This OP has a new doctor recently and is getting ugly about medical records. Need physical with reference to medications needed, within last 6 months.
Avoid: There are more compassionate OPs than this.

I agree. DON'T use these guys. They called the physician on a friend of mine and now his doctor is totally pissed at him for using an OP and does not want him as a patient anymore.
Be warned.. They WILL call your doctor that you send them on your physical form. And it is stupid that after you have refills, they "then" ask you for more records. What a rip-off!!! Now that they are being "watched", they "decide" to call your personal doctor!! Don't use these guys, they will make your life hell! When the only reason you use an OP is so that you don't have to deal with your doctor about getting proper pain management. That's why everyone here uses OP's, so that they can go on with their lives and not be in pain..

I called today and was told by customer service that H.P.P.S.is no longer doing consults. I have all my records and they are legit. Should they be removed from the U.S. list?I had used their service before with good results.

I used them once a few months ago and they were great. But when I contacted them to try and re-schedule a new consult, they told me they needed records showing current BP, temp, stuff like that. I told CS that I had soooo many records, but nothing that specifically had that info on it. It took 3 days of calling back & forth (me basically calling there, they never called me), then after the 3rd day, CS asked me if I was calling from Nevada. I told her yes and she said, oh, we have a new doctor and don't work with Nevada anymore. Bye-bye. After the first day or two, I figured they were just going to be a ridiculous hassle and figured something like this would happen. Yes, I do believe they should be removed from the OP US list.

I agree. I used them for a long time and this last time I call for my new consult and they say the need new records within 6 months. Wouldn't you send an e-mail to the person before their prescription runs out to let them know that so they have time to get it! I'm P.O.ed!

I have been using this OP for about a month and I am very happy with their service. Although they do have one CS employee there that could use an "Attitude Adjustment" I am able to say that I am still very happy that I chose this OP.
I also think they have the lowest process for 90 Hydrocodone 10/325 on DB.com.
You can't go wrong with this OP. Make sure you have decent and REAL records and these people will take care of you!

Does this mean they are honoring ALL refills, or just the most recent consults? I was one of the ones that was denied my last refill because they needed records less than six months old...geez, mine were all from April-June. In the meanwhile, I have reconsulted with NWW, but am a little worried about the future with THEM, because of all the changes that have gone down...and to think, I had somebody flaming me a few weeks ago about using a NROP???? WTH are you supposed to do when a place does something like this to you?
