What am I missing here....I mean besides the fact they don't speak english. They have some interesting products. Does anyone know if this place delivers. They say they've been around for 4 years.

Looking at the whois records, mailpharma has been around since '99, but looks like their site is currently down.

I have heard they scream of SCAM on another site I belong to, supported by a couple of other members., FWIW.
Plenty of operations stick around for years managing to rip off plenty of customers along the way. There's a certain operation from Canada that sold cannabis, (alleged) opiate and benzodiazepine powders, and illicit drugs for years, dissappearing every 10 mos or so (with 100's of thousands of dollars for unsent orders) and reopening under a new name a month or 2 later. Just something to think about.

I also think that "interesting" selection of products is an understatement.
There was another thread about this place a few weeks ago and the general consensus was: Skip.
Now that said, to be objective, there are few big warning signs you should be aware of before considering placing an order from these guys.
First, like I said the product list is not only interesting it is, in some ways, hard to believe. For example, they claim to sell extract of Opium (Elixir Royale). Ever see that ANYWHERE else at any other IOP?
Second, just a look at the labels on many of the products (from the steroids to the Opium extract), shows pretty clearly that these are home made bath-tub type products. The labels are totally generic and obviously would not be what was placed on a product made by ANY major drug company, here, India, or Turkey, where mailpharma is based.
This brings up the final red flag. With all the terrorism scares going on, I would imagine orders from Turkey would have a high customs inspection and therefore seizure rate. I know that packages from other Middle Eastern counties do.
If after considering all that, you still feel like giving it a shot, by all means do and post the results. I never did see any posts regarding actual recent orders, just past information.
But beware....

Yeah, and one other big thing I forgot to mention about this place. Even with the products they sell that are made by legit drug companies, they often lie about the contents of the products on their web site and I have proof.
For starters, I have to admit this site intrigued me as well. But I smelled a rat also.
So, I wanted to try to confirm one of their more interesting products without, of course, ordering. Since I couldnt confirm what was in any of the bath-tub products, I decided I would try to confirm the ingredients of one of the products they sold that was from a legit company and they claimed contained meds like Oxycontin.
Well, I didnt have to look far for an example. A-ferin, which clearly looked like it was from a legit company (at least compared to some of the other products), right on the home page, probably to catch everyones eye. They claim it contains Oxycodone, among other meds.
I can tell you it wasn't easy to find information out about it since it turns out the product is manufactured by a Turkish company for Turkish consumers only. But I was able to find from the company what it contains. As expected, it doesnt contain an mg of Oxycodone.
Funnier still it is sold over the counter in Turkey as a multi-symptom flu medicine. In other words, it is basically a Contact with about 7.5 mg of, as expected, codeine, not Oxycodone.
Unfortunately, it is a sad joke on anyone who purchases it from MailPharma since besides not getting the meds they think they are, they are paying many times more than the product sells for in Turkey and, for that matter, what a product containing similar ingredients would sell for anywhere.
Not to mention they probably won't even get it anyway!
Sometimes its difficult to spot the scammers from legit sources. But even without looking too deeply, this place just screams Scam Artist.
If there ever was a candidate to reinvigorate the basically vestigial Black List on DB, MailPharm is it!

I just placed an order with mailpharma.com on 10/23/04.
I will post the results of my order in the weeks ahead.
it seems they deliver sometimes and other times not according to some of the posts. my order was about
$30 and their $10 shipping fees. i am hoping they will
come thru, but i'm a little nervous.
we'll see

i am replying to my post about ordering from mailpharma.com.
about 11 days after i placed my order, i emailed them and
asked how long it takes to receive parcels in the USA. they
emailed me twice, saying 10 to 15 days, than they placed an attachment to another email showing my name on a list and the date the package was sent. my package came today.
it was professionally rapt in cardboard and placed in a protective envelop and that was placed in another white envelop. the product is as they described it on the site. the label is, probably as others have pointed out, 'home made', however the product is strong, and effective.
something unusual however occured; the product came with a
second white envelop and it contained 10 ampules (sustanon) MIXED TESTOSTERONES 250 MG. it's 8 dollars for one their site, it was 80 dollars worth of products. i don't know what to do with them.
they are fast, friendly, and easy to deal with if they have
what you are looking for.

I have to admit I laughed a bit at some of the wording, but only because it sounded so cute. I realize they tend to make claims about some things that are a bit wild, but if it sounds to good to be true, especially when it comes to drugs on the net, then buyer beware. I have ordered from them at least 5 times and have never had a problem. My only concern was receiving 100 extra pills that I couldn't identify. I emailed them several times asking them to tell me what they were, but received no relpy. That was kind of annoying since they might have been something I could take, but since they sell steroids as well, I don't even dare try them. Aside from that I have always found them to be very friendly and helpful. (I believe the opium is Tincture of Opium and extremely weak, not worth the money)

one post said the A-FERIN Oxycodone is nothing but trash,
someone else on one of the threads for mailpharma posted
the A-FERIN Oxycodone is nothing more than flu med. they
sale otc in turkey.
since someone else already posted about the
Tincture of Opium, i wanted to throw in my 2 since;
i second that it is pretty weak.
