OK folks, stupid question time again:
Did a small order with the Cap'n (Listvoer, now you've got me imagining Cap'n Crunch whenever I write that...LOL), received 3 packages within 3 mailing days of one another. The first was on a weekend, the second 2 on the following Monday & Tuesday, and I'm still waiting on yet another, but have no way of sending him the $18.00 doctor's fee because PayPal is saying that he exceeded his limit for the month or something like that. I've emailed him a couple of times, but all I keep getting is that automated email response that usually comes up whenever you email him.
I can imagine him on his boat, pestering his wife for sex (thanks for painting such a lovely picture of this guy, folks, really...lol) with no access to a computer to answer any of his mail. The thing of it is, he sent me some stuff that I didn't order (yet another thing I was warned about, but also not complaining about, because hell, it's complementary, as far as I'm concerned) the strength of the alprax was .05 instead of the 1mg that I ordered and I have no idea on how I'm supposed to pay him for the script fee. Any thoughts?

LOL sorry, not laughing at you, but at your accurate tale of biz with the Cap'n. I don't think i've ever said that he doesn't deliver, but I can say from experience that every order has the potential to be a saga. I need to find a few new reliable sources & should be re-stocking up soon but I just can't make myself jump back into the cap'n's boat (heh, boat) for another crazy ride. He's an interesting guy but it worries me a bit when the person i'm depending on for my health and sanity seems a bit crazy himself. Good luck with any pending orders, they'll probably arrive eventually (along with only heaven knows what else) ...
L - it could just be the occasional attack of the crunchberries.... they COULD be indian generics ya know.

I just thought I'd mention to you that when you warned me in a previous post about how loopy the Cap'n can be at times, I really just thought it might have been a mild exaggeration, but now that I've done business with him, I know exactly what you mean about how eccentric he is.
Just for the record, one of the meds that he sent to me that I didn't order was for Phenobarbitone. What in the world does he expect me to do with that??? LOL. All I wanted was some of his Parvon forte and some of his Xanax generics. I wound up getting 3 packages divided up with the Parvon Forte and the Phenobarbitone and the .05 Alprax, (which like I said, was supposed to be 1 mg strength) and I'm still waiting on one more version of generic 1 mg Xanax.
I only ordered 2 of each version of everything, so I think I might have wound up paying more in shipping charges than I did on the meds, themselves, but to his credit, they came awfully fast. Now...if I could only get that last order of generic Xanax and settle the prescription fee with him, all would be right in my world (well, not really, but it would sure help), but I'm just imagining him on that boat chasing his poor wife around trying to slip her a Mickey so she'll have sex with him...LOL.
What a character. Seems nice enough, but definitely not the person I would trust my life or sanity with, as you so eloquently put it. And to think, I was actually considering doing a little Christmas shopping early this year in his non medical section of the site, but for some reason, why am I getting the feeling that if I were to do that, I'd find a crate sitting on my front step with an iguana in it? LMAO. Cap'n Sebastian is more fun than a barrel of, well, ya know...

Yes, he is a riot.
It took me 2 months..but he delivered and always answered his emails to me. When he delivered, he was very generous, of course i mentioned my VIP code/discount.
Just curious..I hope I'm in the correct thread...
After I received completed order, I emailed him and wanted to order again, and make sure which email address to send the $18 to. He told me to "hold off and not order for 2-3 days, had to straighten up some paypal problems" Well I wasn't desperate, just want to order again before my prescription runs out. This was approx. 3 weeks ago.
Anyone ordered recently...did your paypal work?

I guess you didn't get his spam mail today. He says he's now switched over to yahoo's version of paypal because, as he says, paypal wanted too much info from him. What it really is is that eBay now owns PayPal and they have made PayPal confirm to eBay's acceptable use policy, and selling meds ain't one of them. So there's something like a $500 fine for each sale that breaks the rules, so I imagine he's changed for that reason. Either way, good luck to all working with the Cap'n right now. He's a friendly guy, but i'm not in this for the conversation.....

Ordered 9/23 with VIP discount, only 10 of each product I wanted. That came yesterday, 10/6/04.
Now just wondering if/when I will receive the 20% more product he promised?
Pretty quick delivery, and I like that it was in a letter type envelope, less obvious.

You actually got an email from him recently? Because I've been trying to contact him for the last 2 weeks about settling the $18 consult charge and the meds that I ordered that never came. I've emailed him twice now and still no response. I'm not saying that I'm not happy with his service, the stuff that I ordered from him came in lightning fast speed, (as well as the stuff that I didn't order...lol), good quality stuff, but now when I try to login his site, my login and password aren't working, and I can't seem to get him to return my emails. I've tried him at both email addresses that he gave to me. I know that I can't send the $18.00 through PayPal since the $500 fine thing went into effect, but I was hoping to settle this with him in a different way, if possible. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Yep, I got one of his semi-monthly newsletters, for lack of a better term. I haven't tried e-mailing him in ages, but when I did I always sent the same message to both the e-mail addys he has listed, and usually got a response within about 24 hours unless his boat satellite connection was down or whatever. All I can say is keep trying.. As to the $18, I honestly don't know if he even pays attention to whether you send it or not. Not that i'm supporting the non-payment of something you agreed to, but I know there have been times in the past that I used him & forgot to send in the $18 and never heard anything back from it. Wish I could help more, but all I can think of is may to try a different web browser. I use unix and not always the same browser, but when I go to AMM it never works unless I'm running Internet Explorer. Any other browser gives me all kinds of weird actions, including not allowing me to log in. Maybe try another browser? HTH....

i used to be a big fan of the captain, but orders placed 9/8 and 9/15 haven't come yet, so i finally emailed him. BTW, he told me everyone gets the 20% discount. ?????

 I recieved a package from the Captain within a week from ordering. He was having problems with his payment processor at the time, so he sent my Pheno and let me pay after I recieved. Not many people would do that. I have another order pending with him so I hope it goes as well too.

He always answers my emails, first with an auto-respond "we got your email, and will reply within two days" and then soon enough the real email. He changes addresses occasionally (perhaps because his ISP snoops on the traffic and doesn't like it.) His current address is
I find him very reliable and accommodating. One of my orders didn't arrive (lost? confiscated? who knows); after a month or so I advised him of that by email and he immediately shipped out a replacement that arrived 2 weeks later.
PayPal has also been giving him problems...now that they're owned by eBay, they want high-volume merchants to become eBay sellers, which obviously he isn't going to do. I think he's setting up with another online payment company, most likely populated by lots of PayPal "alumni."
Bottom line: I've had only great experiences with Avoidmiddleman and would recommend the site to anyone.

Well, the problem was that I wasn't able to get an email through to him to settle the $18.00 script fee, which others on the board have said that he probably forgot about, but also that another part of my order never arrived. I ordered 2 different versions of Alprazolam from him, one came in the wrong strength, and the other just never plain arrived. So that's why I was trying to contact him. Maybe I'll try to send him one more email as a reminder, since it's been over 2 months since I've heard anything from him.

Something troubling just arrived in my e-mail box.
Be very careful if you receive the same message
from this "Capt. Sebastian McKenzie."
When he, she, (or it?) just got started I placed an
order. After endless rounds of e-mailing the order
was canceled. I didn't lose any money but it was
obvious this person had no idea how to run a business.
I never received another e-mail from AMM until today.
If you don't read it VERY CAREFULLY it looks likes an
order confirmation. A couple of meds are listed along
with the total amount to be remitted to the "Captain."
For goodness sakes, if you are not well, or are very
tired you might think you ordered something from AMM
and just forgot. Also, check to make sure none of your
elderly relatives received the same e-mail. Many elderly
people (my father included) have poor short term memory.
This means they can remember things that happened fifty
years in the past, but not something that occurred ten
minutes ago.
If my dad received this e-mail he might actually send
money to this guy! My mom tries to intercept all the
snail mail before my dad gets his hands on it. That's
the only way any of us can be certain that he won't pay
for things he never ordered.
I apologize if your experience with AMM is satisfactory.
All I'm trying to say is the e-mail that I just read set
off very loud alarm bells. Please be careful!

I got this too, it just looks like payment options. From the looks of it, probably will be going to WU. I have had instructions like this before.
