I just received my order from EPHY that i ordered COD. My fedex guy said it was not COD. I said are you sure?? He said yes. I came in and checked my credit card account and there was no charge. I know they would not have sent it without charging my card if it wasnt COD. What should i do? Call them and explain? Has this ever happened to anyone else??

One time I had a consult and was never charged but never received meds free. Guess it works out to be about the same in terms of dollars. Id keep my mouth shut. These OP's are making a killing.

I got a freebie and nothing was ever said about it, let it ride, and if they figure it out tell them you were not aware that you weren't charged and then pay. GOOD LUCK!!!

I am not POSITIVE that I would tell them (I'm REALLY broke right now, but that shouldn't be an excuse). But, from what I've read for the on the boards Ephy has a good reputation, right? So, yeah they're making a killing off us, but don't they do a good job and deserve the same treatment in return?
The fact that you put up the post says it's bothering you, and maybe you'd feel better if you did tell them.
I'm SO glad it's not me... that's a tough dilemma

They'll notice it. Same thing happened to me back in July, but they contacted me and I paid for it. It may take a little while for them to notice, but I'm pretty sure when they do all their accounting, they will charge you for it. I'd call them and let them know, be safe and not burn any bridges.

This has happened to me also from the boys in tampa. I called them and told them. I wouldnt pretend you didn't notice if I were you,accidents happen right?Yes, and they could happen on your end too, trust me. Pills could get left out, records could get lost, or your whole script for that matter.
Now, dont get me wrong, I think half of the Rec op's would screw you if they were going down in a heart beat. But there is a certain protocol to be followed until that time.
