I tried Norcoworldwide because of the positive feedback. I requested a consult etc. like required. No one called. I sent an email saying they had not called. I was given another call time. I waited all day, still no call. I then send an email for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. This all occured the week of Oct. 11-15th, 2004. I am perplexed! We all make mistakes but this just seemed unusual considering the feedback on the boards.
NWW policy is they send you a check in the mail for a refund. I think they charge you a fee too.

I have been with NWW for over two years. First year, no problems but the Holiday problem last winter. When they first switched pharms, I had no problems. Now, for 6 of the last 8 times it has been a minimun of 6 days between ordering and receiving meds. That may not seem like a long time to some, but I feel it is. My meds sit in the pharmacy for one to three days before they are even filled. No matter how I asked for it shipped (and are charged for) it shows up two to three days later. And no, I have not ordered early, been flagged, or so on and so forth. And yes, I do live in area where early morning and Sat delivery are possible. I went to the forum they set up, since that seemed to work so well for others when they were posting here. Not only could I not get anything but an automatic "will check on it", I was quite offended by the signature line "You may be pain free, but we are in therapy". Do only new customers and cheerleaders get timely responses and orders out in timely fashion?
I am unsure after these refills if I will be staying with them.

What CS person have you been contacted by? Do you use the PM system or do you contact NWW by other means? IMO, You should PM Stephaine. She is great! Have you tried her? If not I would strongly suggest you do so. I have been with NWW and never had a problem. They are IMO the best there is>>>>>>>>Please post on the forum as I would love to see how NWW is really treating you. Need help?

When they used St. Petes, we placed the order, it went out that day, and we generally received it the next day. The same was true when we first switched pharms, with the exception for me of having Fedex give me problems, which I did not blame NWW for. My issue is that now when we place the order on the 25th day, 26th day, whatever, it takes 2 to 3 days (twice longer) before they fill the order, much less get it in the hands of Fedex.
I am registered on the NWW forum, it came about at a time when I had a lot less time to spend on my computer, so I have not been a very active poster there. I do not feel that that is reason for me to have substandard service. When I read these posts of people placing their first order and receiving it within 24 hours while I, a long time loyal customer, are receiving mine a week after ordering, it sort of upsets me.
