I faxed my records to MedsMadeSimple early Thursday morning, it is now 6:30pm Friday evening. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to accept your membership and get back to you? Thanks.
I faxed my records on thursday morning and got a response within a couple of hours. I would e-mail them, they respond to e-mails very quickly. They have been having problems with one of the fax numbers and may not have received your fax. Good luck.

If you haven't already, please contact us regarding your particular records submission. Aside from receiving heavy volumes of records coming in, we also did have problems with one fax line last week, which has been resolved.
Typically, our policy states that you should allow up to one full business day for your records to be processed. If there is anything missing or which needs to be added or refaxed into your records, this may cause additional delays. Records are assigned and reviewed in the order in which they are received.
