Looks like my post got deleted or something, so here goes again:
Does anybody know of any good OPs that offer compounded hydrocodone (preferably 15/80s or 15/100s). I know cyberscriptsrx.com does, but I don't like the idea of a paramedical exam (however, could you then get c2's after the face-to-face). I used to use Fedxmeds, but I don't know if they're doing this anymore after their rough period a couple of months back.
