You must send them a prescription from your DR. It's just like a Brick and Mortar Pharmacy, just better prices online than your local pharmacy. They will contact your Dr. to get a prescription for you, or you can send a prescription.

I guess anyone would know as much as you would by looking at the site.

Besides if you are using a records/script required OP, why would you want COD? To me COD is a pain unless you are worried about have records kept of what you ordered or something.
