Hi,
I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromylogia. It is hereditery and hits me unexpectly. I was seeing a doc who was prescribing me, beleive it or not, 66 10/500 every 2 weeks. I ran out of insurance and my doc fee and script is outrageous. I was able to order from rx1stop but was wondering how many times I could order in a month since the most you can get is 60. Anybody know when or if I can get a refill? Any other site? I have records also.

HEY THERE.........A LITTLE INFO FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
you can only order from rx1stop once a month.......but if you have records your best bet would to go with Your Online Doctor....They have Top of the line Customer Service and you will be able to get #120 count every 25-26 days depending on what pharmacy you go with!!!!!!!!!!
But ther also many other great op's that you could consider that you could also get 120 count!!!!
My advice to you would to do as much reading and studying up on this website to find the op that is right for your needs!!!!!!!!!
THANKS.....POPPYALE

My op gives me 240 pills a month 3 refills. That is the legal max that they can give I think. You just have to look around to find the right op most of the ones listed will tell you the amount that they can give according to their companies policies if you ask them. Remember that to get 240 you need lots of records I faxed in 15 pages of records to my op.

From what I've heard, Madison pain clinic will write for up to 360 a month. SWMG will do up to 150, IIRC. Good luck:)

VERY FEW docs will write scripts for even a few hydro for conditions like fibromyalgia in my area. The doctors that i have spoken to about it have LAUGHED when I even mentioned narcotics. They said, We would be doing you a diservice by turning you into a drug addict.
What has helped me most for fibromyalgia is daily exercise, and massage therapy when I can afford it.
You would be doing yourself a favor if you did NOT start taking narcotics on a daily basis. They are easy enough to get but once you go down that slippery slope.....Well, suffice it say that I am glad I don't have that problem.
Good luck and choose wisely.

This can't be an online pharmacy right? Çause im pretty sure that would be illegal if it was. Your local pharmacy i can understand because that would mean your local doctor wrote the prescription. Just curious.

From what i have been told, the DEA started cracking down on SWMG's 150 count policy, so they switched it to 120 count. I do not know if this is 100% accurate, just what i have heard.

Eight pills a day? Is it a compounded med? If not, that's at least 325*8=2.6 grams of APAP a day.

Acid,
I am out of pills(and consults) with my current op, but if your getting that amount of hydrocodone would you please share your source with the rest of us. I have been on Duragesic (Fentanyl) 50mcg CII patches from my brick and mortor doctor because he says "people usually get highly addicted too hydrocodone",,, ok I used norco for 2 years before he put me on this patch, and yes, the patch definetly works, but I would prefer to have norco 10 to 1 over these extremely powerful pain patches.
Would you please tell me your op? I am begging you. If you don't won't to post it on here then could you pm me and tell me which op I can go to get that level of pain relief?
Thank you in advance,
Cadman1

You can actually take up to 4 grams of apap a day and be alright bit I wouldn't do it on a long term basis.

I am curious. With all those records and 240 a month you obviously have a very painful condition- why didn't the doctor you were seeing switch you to a stronger medicine. I am using an op that gives me 120/mos, but before I used that op I had an online consult with a Records Op and the doctor said that if you need more than 60-90 a mos you should be on oxy- of course he said he couldn't prescribe it. I much prefer oxy but hesitate to go the e-mail way for all the reasons many have discussed.
Did you try it and find it ineffective- I have heard negative comments concerning nausea side effects. When I was prescribed it by a face-to-face doc, I never got more than 20-30 5mg a month- so the solution isn't obvious!

In theory, but it varies from person to person and obviously, your chances of damage are a lot greater if you drink alcohol regularly.
I know people that have taken a LOT more than that for a long time and have had liver enzyme tests and all is fine.
And we have all heard the stories of people that took a lot less than that for short periods of time and died from liver failure.
I myself, am very sensative to APAP and my liver enzime levels change (indicating the early stages of damage) with even less than 4000 mg/day.
Also, if you take a lot of APAP, L-Cystine, according to several well controlled studies (although not enough for my tastes as is usually the case with herbal products; no one wants to pay for them as there is no money to be made) will help counteract much of the damaging affects on your liver.
At the very least it is an amino acid that is perfectly safe so it might be a consideration for some people (I take it at the recommendation of my doctor). www.iherb.com, amoung other places, has good prices on it.

For people whom qualify with chronic pain conditions, Madison Pain Clinic does prescribe up to 360 pills a month of compounded Hydro (12 pills /day) for 6 months and can prescribe 15/80 compounded Hydro.
If you are a chronic pain patient a pain management program such as Madison is the way to go but obviously they are much stricter than your typical OP (rightfully so) and the cost associated is pretty steep but for those in need it does fill a void for needed patients.
They are now prescribing a longer lasting Hydro Medication 15mg Hydro and 160mg APAP and 10mg DXM which supoosedly helps allow the Hydro to stay in the blood stream longer and hence therapeutic pain releif for up to 8 hrs. Many have reported positive results with this. I understand they are prescribing up to 3 per day of this and 5/80 Compound Hydro for Breakthrough Pain taken between doses of the other.
I am hearing more and more about the use of DXM for people whom use Hydro daily for chronic conditions but have heard what appears to me as conflicting information. I have heard that it can help combat Tolerance and slow it down or that it simply slows down the metabolism of it almost as if turning it into a 'retard' type of medication?? Or maybe both are true, I am just a bit confused about this and would like to no more about this, especially if it can help with tolerance as I'm sure most of us would love to be able to take less Hydro yet obtain similar pain releif...
