My doctor should have faxed my records in today. I talked to him yesterday and said he waould send them in today. How long until I will hear from them? I e-mailed them twice but no reply? Are there any better Record OPs to choose from? Thanks in advance.
EPHY will call you to schedule consult when they receive the fax. In fact if they don't get them they will call in a week or so to get your business. That company is great on follow up and will do 24 day consults (30 days meds every 24-25 days(I guess to allow slower shipping).
The are also the least expensive out there, only drawback is high benzo prices and only 90 count hydro 10's (most offer 120 count).

I would give ephy.com a call. They can tell you if they received records and give you your time for consult. I used them recently and it took a couple days, but once I had my consult. everything went great. In other words, their service is worth the wait.
