Website down?
I've not gotten one of my scripts yet.
I think the site has gotten a little prettier, but the total package is uglier.

I’ll have to add my two cents here. While my first order went very smoothly, talked to Dr. on same day I registered and he authorized 90 Hydro 10/325 which I got the next day, the issue came with my medical records which they required me to fax in order to get my refills.

While my medical records included a fairly recent typed and thorough narrative of my condition (done by an independent doctor who had to perform a full exam and review all my records – done in August of this year) wherein the doctor explains my thoracic disk extrusions, discusses my pain levels and range of motion and neurological deficiencies, even going so far as to recommend referral to a neurosurgeon for possible surgery, this company declined these records. Also, I included MRI narrative taken in June of this year clearly showing my condition – all of this was declined. Reason: “We need office notes from current prescribing provider”. Sorry, but if we had a current provider prescribing pain meds, we wouldn't be here!

Realizing I was out of meds and not going to get the refill I was due (and this was well after 30 days) I faxed these same records to another OP (who required records before they’d do a consult). I was given a consult the same day, the doctor even commented that I had very thorough medical records, and had no problem prescribing 10/325 #120 with 3 refills.

My opinion is it seems Online-Scripts is being far too strict on their records requirements, instead making a profit on us by giving us the first consult and RX, but then declining us later. This either forces you to move on, or get another consult. Luckily I found another OP that realized how thorough my records are (considering I’ve heard many here say that a simple exam where the doctor notes your pain will suffice) and now have the meds I need. So, I don’t know what these guys problem is as of late, but right now if you’re looking to build a relationship with an OP where you actually get your refills, I’d have to say stay away from these folks.

Same story as all above. First time went great! got meds asap but when i faxed 40 pages of med records, I was emailed "no doctor signatures and Missing pages"
I have many signed letter head pages, misssing- you got me
north california kaiser records are printed from a computer.
the signed ones are personal letters sent to my home or ER room. I called and was told 10 minutes wait time, i hung up after 43 minutes, had to go to work @ 7:30am Im not asking for anything major???? I really need to find a bettter op that is not so harsh on medical records. If anyone would like to pm / email me with a better pick please help.
Thanks mykel

its possible that when you faxed the pages that some of it came out illegible or too dark to read properly and thats why they sent you that. That problem can originate from both the sending and recieving fax machine.

You have to admit, it is a good scam. Down the road, they have all this paperwork proving that they have "strict" rules. In the meantime, they depend on new people that don't read threads like this. S.. best kept off board..

This is directly off of the FAQ page:

Q: What types of Medical Records are required and which will you accept?
A: You must send in proof of a recent physical examination within the past year. In addition you must send any relevant paperwork to include a combination of: Doctor’s dictation, progress notes, office notes, consult and treatment reports, statement of treatment (on letterhead), radiology reports (i.e., CAT Scan, PET Scan, MRI etc.), x-ray diagnostic reports, operative reports, and lab work. You must also fax a copy of your Photo ID. Please make sure the copy is lightened, enlarged and legible.

Q: What kind of medical records will you NOT accept?
A: Prescriptions, superbills, appointment cards, Explanation of Benefits Statements (EOB’s), billing statements, insurance cards (of any type), Claim forms (HCFA-1500), hospital discharge instructions/release, physical therapy directions, medication/prescription directions, Litigious Verdicts/Summaries/Orders, Workman’s Compensation Applications/Certification and Return to Work/School forms. None of these are valid medical records. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THIS TYPE OF INFORMATION OR YOUR RECORDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED. You must have valid medical records or our doctors will be unable to assist you.

They really seem pretty self explanatory to me. I haven't had any problems with it.
