Pharma at home error. tech help por favor

I tried to place an order with Pharma at home, I am not exactly a computer genius so I have no clue what this error means. I am hoping that someone here does. I did email Pharma and they said it may just be a glitch and try again later.

Server error in Application
Input string was not in correct format
Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the page request. Information regarding the origin and location can be indentified using the stack trace below.

It proceeded to list a few lines of info that I did not understand.
Hoping someone can help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Bathil, could it be that you might have entered your date of birth incorrectly? Just in case that may have happened, it should be entered like this - say your b-day is June 8, 1975, enter it as 08/06/1975.
