Feeling down? Adrenalin helps. Last night around 12:00 midnight my body created a boost of adrenalin just from watching T.V. Go figure huh?

Ahhhhh... Adrenalin, natures cure to what ever ails you!

hey sweetie,
the problem with adrenaline is that, though it makes you feel better, it also keeps you up all night! i was there. i know.

i am glad you are feeling better.
cheers, c.(angel)

I am happy for you!
Truly though, adrenalin does help boost me anyway out of chronic pain and depression. Wonder if pain management docs are checking that out. I doubt it. It could be euphoric...ooooooo....badbadbad.

It must be nice to have a good reaction to adrenaline . I personally find an adrenaline rush to be extremely uncomfortable-like too much caffeine or something: I just get all shaky and that internal jumping outta your skin type feeling and a headache to boot and it takes quite a while for it all to dissipate .
You are fortunate tho: people pay out alot of money looking for substances, activities and things to give them that same boost and you're getting it for free just watching the TV!
Hope it's a good one-and don't go overdoing that adrenaline now!

Haven't had an adrenalin rush like this in awhile. I had forgotten how it felt. Also had a little of the anxiety early on in the week like Monday night Tuesday morn. The adrenalin kicked in late that night though. Sweet relief.
