Has anybody received an update about Rx Hotdeals? Is it finished? Has anyone ordered lately (within 2 weeks) and been bamboozled?
Does anyone have working contact information to track these people down for a refund??

I ordered on Oct. 5 and recieved it a few days later. I just went back this monday to check prices and it was like it was never there. WTF I am wondering the same as you are. Whats going on?

I orderd from them on Monday and logged off and tried to go back on and it was like I was never there as well. I did pick C.O.D so I was not out anything. I ordered then from Bluesky.com on tuesday and they are arriving today...better stay away from that site...good luck. Boo..

hotdeals stole $400.00 via echeck from me and I can't get it back from them.
Yes, I know I am foolish: and I am embarrased to admit this; but, I placed an order with hotdeals during the first week of September and paid for it with an echeck. Well they cashed my echeck, but did NOT send my medication (it was not for pain meds).
Well, I called them, they said I could either receive a refund via check or take a store credit, place another order and recieve it "free of charge."
I placed another order (this time for my paid Medication) - it was approved, but they sent it COD; so, I didn't accept it and returned it to them. I called them, they said "sorry - place another order." I placed another order; and then they went offline and will not answer their phone or respond to emails!
Well, so far I have recieved NOTHING!
I would like to know what to do about this. I have emailed, phoned and faxed them multiple times. I sent them an email via their website 7dayrefill.com. I asked them for either a check, or my order. They won't respond.
I just don't think these people should be allowed to get away with this fraud.
IF anyone could give be contact information - or any help to get my money back (or get my order), I would be very greatful. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Your lucky they didn't wipe out your checking acct. You should open a new acct since they still could.
What does your bank say? Obviously getting recourse through the bank is your only option at this point. Your trying to rope the wind getting a refill or a refund through rxhotdeals.

I agree with eelrm. Open a new account and close the other one. Don't use e-check with these places. They can wipe out everything in your account. You are always better off using a credit card or COD when you place any online orders, so you have some recourse if things go wrong.
Good luck to you. I hope you get your money. This place has had a lot of problems from what I have read.
