Yesterday I got my refill and at the end of the day, I noticed there was a lot of space in the bottle. So I counted and I was shorted 25 or so pills. I wrote them, fully knowing they think I'm a junkie, not a neuroscientist with headaches, telling them it was only 10 because it sounds better, not like it matters in the least.
Anyway, USPS stole a package from me yesterday (there's a big thread about it on the VIP side, and an abridged version with only the most useful info included will be coming to the free boards shortly, because I know others have had stuff stolen; only I'm going to do a lot about it because I didn't order anything controlled that could get me in trouble), and now this. I'm pretty bummed. Guess I should check out the happy hour thread. Wheee! Someone play a kazoo.
Anyone else who has been shorted by this otherwise great pharmacy, please post so I don't feel so lonely about this. Nobody will believe me and my headaches make me cry without proper medication. I'm crying now. I hate this situation...
I had used United in the past, never had an issue of being shorted meds. Maybe there was a change in the employee staff, or maybe a simple error. Give them a call and an effort to "make good" for the shortage. Good Luck!
