I am not being lazy with this question, I have tried to search, but I must not be wording it correctly. As far as alternating Clonazepam and Xanax, is it the same? If I take 2 mg Clonazepam would I take 2 mg Xanax as well? Any help would be appreciated. Admin, if this is in the wrong forum please move it for me, but let me know so I can read the replies, lol!

Who knows?
Both are benzos, so that "sense of ease & comfort" may result from either.

Everyone's bodies processes these things differently.

Clon does a big flat nothing for me.
Xanax (although I can't afford anything but generic Alprazolam) does everything I need it to do.

drug comparison charts I have seen rate them equally in strength but the half life of klonopin is a lot longer and its onset to action seems to be longer as well. My experience is that Alps act faster and more intensly but leave you with WDs whereas the Klons are not as bad but also not as quick.
