Hello forum members,
I would like to first say Thank You to all of our ERMeds members that have so graciously given me consistent feedback on which to base our new pharmacys performance.
For those of you who are not yet aware, we have contracted Triphasic Pharmacy in Arlington Texas to offer our clients a choice of not only which pharmacy to use but also the option to have FedEx as their courier. They have now been filling for us for about 3 weeks.
On Friday, Oct. 15, I flew to Texas to visit the pharmacy, meet with the owner and staff, and view first hand exactly how they conduct their operation.
What I found at Triphasic was an extremely efficient group of people who take great pride in their accuracy and attention to detail, as well as being very patient with me ,willing to answer all of my questions passed on from my clients. The method they use for filling is exactly what I had hoped to see. They are organized and using auto counting as well as a very back to basics attitude, with a pharmacist double counting as well as checking documentation before releasing the script to the packer. Security is highly maintained and the owner is hands on involved to leave the smallest possible margin for error.
Having dealt in the past with more pharmacy issues than I care to see in this lifetime, I can honestly say I left Texas with a weight lifted from my shoulders.
Triphasic is small enough to keep a close relationship with all hands involved, and new enough to take great care in keeping their relationship with ERMeds close and consistent.
Just a reminder that all issues regarding the new pharm can be handled by our staff at ER directly and having now been there myself I feel as though we are completely equipped to address any questions.
Thank you again to all of those that have ventured out and given Triphasic and ERmeds a chance to serve.
Kimberly

So, if you're already signed up with United pharmacy, is there anyway to transfer your script to TriPhasic? United has been great, but I prefer delivery by FedEx. Not too fond of UPS in my area. Just curious. Thanks.

It is possible 537 to do a script transfer although the pharmacies frown on it and I don't know Uniteds policy as to whether they would serve a customer in the future if they have had scripts transferred out. That being said, yes you can get the script transferred to Triphasic. If you wish to have that done let us know as we need to contact before the order is placed online.
Hope that helps.

We will certainly continue to use United and have contracted Triphasic to fill for us so we may offer a choice. United has been a very reliable pharm and we have no reason to stop using them.

I'm glad to hear that.
I can say the service I received from ermeds and united has been great. I have had no problems. This is importanat to me. Some people have time to spend emailing, pming and phoning about their problems. I don't. When I have done all that the op requires me to do I want it to be over. With ermeds that has happened. Never have to email or phone anyone until I need my refill. The refill page works great. It took a couple of minutes and it was completed.
I realize some people love having a forum for whatever reason but I do not. I do not want to post any of my personal information on some forum for anyone to read. To me using an op is a business transaction. You are sending personal medical information. That should be kept private.
I can say ermeds has been great.
Thank you.
