I have HAD it with my idiot doctor. I have seen this clown since Sept 1999. At first he was great and MR. Sympathetic. Today, I waited over an hour after my appointed time, he gave me just 5 minutes (I clocked him).
H had been giving me 4 hydro 10's. This time he gave me 3 hydro 10's a day. He decreased me after two years. I am not even medicated as it is.
I am on soicla secuity disability and early disability retirement from Texas. This alone should justify giving me needed meds. i can't even get him to sign for a handicapped tag.
I have had 4 MRI's and the last one was Mrch, 2004
My l-5 is touching my left sciatic nerve and is nearly touching my right sciatic nerve acording to the latest MRI. All these MRI's have done is shown the rate my back is degerating.
On top of today's insult, he sent me a patient termination letter 'by mistake'.

I live in the Dallas area but anyone living in this area or DFW area (you will know what I mean if you live near me), knows of a decent sympathetic doc, PLEASE PM me. I can go to Fort Worth or anywhere between Dallas and Fort Worth.
If you have a really great Texas doctor, and want to PM and he/she is NOT near me, I would still consider that person.
I can't take this ____ any more.
And today is my birthday to make the day complete.
This day has sucked. Plase help me find a good pain mangement doctor or just a sympathetic internal medicine or family doctor that still wants to help patients. I am considering paying cash even though I have insurance if the doctor is worth it.
I hope that I have helped those in the past with my answers and sympathy. I need YOUR help now.
I would prefer to just be PM any names that you KNOW are good and accepting patients. A phone number would be great.

kim, i feel so bad for you and i know the contributions you have made to this board, i only wish at this moment of your need i could help you. unfortunately i don't live near you but i want you to know that speaking for not only myself, i wanted to wish you a happy birthday. i know it may not help much but we are thinking about you. hopefully someone here will pull through for you.

my best wishes and prayers to you. I know how bad it can be. it took me two years to find a good doc. and even then when he tried to help me and he got red flagged by the phamacy and he had alot of trouble over that. so he does help me it is minimal. idont blam him the nosey world we live it makes it hard for all of us!! YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I always return PMs if you want to talk!!
