Newlevitra Rx bottles...

I just received my order from Newlevitra, and I'm a little confused with the label on the rx bottle. It has all of my info. in it, as well as the medicine info....but there is no pharmacy name or anything! All it says at the top is 'U.S. Pharmacy', with no address or Dr. name or phone number. Never seen anything like this. Has anyone else received meds labeled like this?

From what I understand and have been told from others, alot of the NROPs bottle's have labels that look like that.
