How can I get an order coming UPS to my home to be delivered today, and I want to pick it up at the hub instead??

I believe you have to wait for your first info-notice. Then you can call the 1-800 # and ask them to hold your package.

UPS will have to make a delivery attempt first. After that, you can call them...either their 800 number or the hub number, if you have it...and tell them you'd like to pick it up after your driver returns from his delivery route. You don't have to have the info-notice that's left on your door but you definitely have to have your tracking number. Make sure you verify their closing hours so you know what time you have to be there. Sometimes the drivers don't get back to the hub until really late...and then they close within a short time after that. I would ask them what time your driver is going to be back and I would already be there waiting for him. I've been 15-20 minutes early, expecting to have to wait, but he was early as well.
