I had a refill with them and tried to use it a week or so ago. No response to my emails, so I just went to another company and have had wonderful service. I'm much happier. There have been a lot of posts saying they Ken Drugs is good/bad the raid affected some/all, don't know what to believe. At this point, I think it's just luck of the draw. Good luck Steve, Steffie.
