Medical records???

These sites that need your med records faxed before they will sell you any pills, what kind of records do they need? My current doc just had his license revoked for writing too many narcotics so I'm looking for a doc on the net. What should I ask my Doc for, he still sees patients he just can't give out any narcotic. Thanks in advance.

i believe nww has a form you can download, and take to the doc to have filled out about your condition, i used 2 mri's i had done in the last year and a half, plus a copy of my last checkup, that was enough, and ive been with nww ever since. no probs, excellent service
