OK, so this is my first deleted post. I thought things were going well and that "open discussion" meant that we could discuss things, anything (more or less).
Can anyone let me know why it's gone? I see no trace of it anywhere. When I look at all my posts for my user name, they are gone from there as well. What the ?????
Thanks in advance, and as said before, if anyone wants to discuss what the process of suboxone is like, feel free to PM me anytime.
Thanks

Someone suggested to me that they might have taken my post down cause they thought I was supporting some web site, doctor, drug, or something. Let me be perfectly clear, the only thing I am supporting is suboxone, and I recommend it because it has worked exceptionally with me. THAT IS ALL. It was also suggested that they might have taken it down because they don't want people to get off opiates because they might not come to DB.com any more. I didn't think of that, but who knows.
Anyone else have any ideas?
I am still willing to answer any questions about suboxone for anyone interested. Many people have sent me questions, and the support is great. Thanks guys.

Maybe it was in the wrong area. This area is for US OPs. I highly doubt it was taken down due to DB not wanting ppl to find hydro sources. Also, addiction is not to be discussed here, there are other boards for that. It's just an idea. You can always PM them and ask why.

There have been quite a lot of posts about suboxone in the past year, just do a search in All Forums going back six months and you'll find plenty to read.
Many of these posts are in threads on opiate w/d, and many of the most useful posts on the topic were made by yawkaw.
I very much doubt that DB admin has anything against suboxone posts. Probably your posts were in the wrong forum, or violated board guidelines in some other way.

sooner or later, everyone will get at least one post deleted for some reason or other, myself included. so don't take it personally, it could have been taken off for any number of reasons, only the db gods know.....
cheers, c.(angel)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not crying over it or anything, just curious.
I just want to get the word out about suboxone. While it seems to be pretty common knowledge around this board in theory, there doesn't seem to be a lot of people around actually volunteering actual experiences. Yawkaw has posted some good stuff I know. He is the one who turned me on to it actually, so for that I am extremely thankful. And off this board, I have never even heard of suboxone.
Anyways, I have heard from a lot of people wanting to know more about it, so I am happy about that. As usual, feel free to PM me anytime if anyone is interested.
Thanks

db has done similar things before in deleting certain posts that are focussed on recovery and support (an excellent thread by Yawkaw3 comes to mind from many months ago that was deleted). They point to certain rules in their "by-laws" for this stie about not posting things like this.
They may have interpreted a post about using suboxone to get off of Hydro as being outside the scope of their site and deleted it or maybe even moved it off this sub-board.

I posted a very indignant response regarding the suboxone thread being removed (I think it should be discussed). Anyhow, didn't read all the responses and just searched back and everything is there.
So what is the lesson ? I'm an idiot

If it was posted in this forum, there's your answer. Discussion of specific drugs goes in a different forum, this is for discussing pharmacies.
Presumably this thread, too, shall disappear for the same reason.

deankeaton, I searched back a month on TSLIFF's posts and didn't see the Suboxone post that you said db moved.
Could you (or anyone else) please post a link to it?

TSLIFF has so much information to offer. It's a shame it can't be shared.
TS, thanks for the PM. I so appreciate it and look forward to hearing back from you.

I agree with you! That is why I was asking DEAN for the link to the thread he said was moved so perhaps we could share some of this info. on Suboxone and this topic with others.

Here is the link to the Buprenorphine thread. I'd never even heard of this drug before this thread, but somehow I just knew there was no "DrugBuyers conspiracy" against it. They often simply delete posts which are in the wrong forum.

Mika and Babyblue, I PM'd both of you.
TIFF, thank's for your reply and pep talk. I printed off the doctors in my state but so far none of them that are close are not taking patients or not prescribing it. I'm not giving up though.
I've read so much hope in just the few posts that have graciously provided their experience. Thank all of you for being so helpful to me. I said this to the three people I've emailed but to the one's of you that posted about this drug and your experience with it that I've not PM'd....I'll tell you. YOU HAVE SAVED A LIFE. YOU HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE........TO ME!!!

Sorry for not responding w/ where I found the old suboxone thread. I went out of town for a long weekend. Anyhow, I saw that radiometer posted a link to the old thread above. I found it through the search page. I searched 'suboxone' in the last 12 months and found the thread/ all the info on sub in the thread titled 'hydro withdrwals'. Hope that helps for anyone who is looking!

,.....did you even reserch it?.....you would probaly find pot, and cocain sold by the Goverment, before you seen this drug online.
Sub is highly regulated and watched by the US goverment....cuase of its high addition possiblities, and also the drug itself can only be depensed by certain doctors.

Wow. I never would have expected it, but about 5 minutes ago I saw a commercial on TV with C. Evert Koop the former surgeon general (IIRC), he was on there to let us know about the wonders of buprenorphine which, he said, was available at your doctor or some such thing. He even gave a website, which I thought was buprenorphine.org, but I can't seem to find any variant on that on the web right now. Anyway, a 'respected' doctor on TV PSA'ing bupe. Call me shocked!
