You have always helped in the past. Others have posted their positive experience about you specifically resolving their problems.
I know you remember me. I'm the one who asked that you process my order COD but instead, it was charged on my CC and because of that my bank charged me $58 for overdraft protection funds. You told me on the phone that you specifically marked my order for COD and that you'd check on it and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago!
I'm not trying to be difficult. You have always been good about resolving issues with your customers. Please be consistent and do the same for me. If you don't remember my name, send me a PM.
But also I'll be calling you the first of the week. In the grand scheme of things, I don't think crediting me back $58 will hurt your company profit. As a matter of fact it will benefit your company by treating a loyal customer the way they should be treated, thus making them a return customer.
Thank you David. I know you'll fix it for me - right??

I want to express my sincere thanks to Tom for working out an issue for me that I had given up hope of it ever being resolved. Since I had called David numerous times and had not received a response, I thought for sure I was SOL.
I posted a couple of weeks ago about how I placed my consult and medication order with David, specifically indicating COD because it was the 29th and I didn't get paid until the 30th. But then Ephy charged my credit card and the snow ball effect started rolling. David never returned my calls and I was beginning to get anxious.
So I ended up trying one more time today and by georgy Tom answered the phone himself!!! He asked me to explain the matter to him and after I did, he requested that I fax all the documentation (which I have copied and will fax to him). I don't have a doubt that this matter will be fixed and my account will be credited the $58 charged by my bank for overdraft protection.
Thank you Tom.....thank you!
I'm sorry I doubted that Ephy would make things right! I now believe they will!
