Maybe in the News and Events section or the Laws and Regulations?

Don't worry though.....they'll move it!

My prayers are with her and her family.

I saw this was on the news. I hope that she hears the news that her family and friends are missing her, and want her home safe and sound.
Prayers are out for her friends and family.

This board seems to always have the most people on it, so you did well to place it here to get the most eyeballs from caring and sympathetic people with various ailments, even if it ends getting moved later!

Thank you all for your concern and prayers. The girl, Laura Hatch, was found today in her car in a ditch. (in Redmond, WA on Novelty Hill road--winding and wooded). A lady had a premonition that she was still alive and went searching for her and found her!! She is in intensive care (needless to say). Now we must all hope and pray that she makes it through due to severe dehydration, etc. It is truely a miracle that she survived for 8 days. Just last night on the news they quoted LE as saying they believed it was a runaway case and even alluded to suicide! Unreal. All I can say is that Praise the Lord that she was found.

I am so glad she was found and that she survived such a terrible ordeal. She probably slept most of the time and that is how she survived, a deep sleep, almost comatose will allow your body to survive. I hope that she will be ok once they get her hydrated and rested up and fed a few good meals. I am sure her family is so relieved. It just amazes me that when you report a young person missing the cops first thoughts are runaway...makes you wonder how many young people have ended up like this young lady because the cops refused to do a search for them. What a shame!

Her older sister is a sorority sister of my daughters. The older sis said there is NO WAY she would run away. Laura, the girl that was in the car for 7 days has a twin. I am just totally amazed that they found her and that it happened so close to my home. I shudder because it could've been my son because he drives the same roads and often takes his friends home on weekend nights. I do think that she probably was almost comatose because when they found her she was worried that she wouldn't make her curfew. I don't think she realized at all how long she had been there. It is amazing & she had some kind of guardian angel.

I live in Seattle and have watched this whole event evolve. It truly is a miracle that she survived 8 days down that embankment trapped in her car. I am so very happy that this one had a happy ending unlike so many times when a young person is missing. I wish Laura a speedy recovery.
