Is anyone having a problem with getting Pharma24.cc (Europcare,Ltd.)to answer emails? I'm having a problem with my 3rd order and they won't answer my inquiries. The first two orders arrived exactly 14 days from the order date and that was just fantastic but they never kept me informed as to the status of those orders. I never knew if the item was in stock or when it shipped...it just arrived in 14 days. Not so with this 3rd order, it hasn't arrived after 23 days. I just thought I'd put this on the board to see if anyone might have a suggestion or if they have encountered the same problem.....Thanks

Houguy,
Please read in this same International section under the "Open Discussion" threads regarding P24 as well as the feedback section.
You'll find some answers, but let me prepare you: you will not like what you read
You won't be hearing back from them. If you DO, let all the rest of us know immediately, please..
I see nobody else wanted to be the bearer of bad news.

Hey...thanks for the feedback ! I did read some of the posts about Europcare.com and it seems that some of the people have the same problem every once in a while. They seem to be a well respected IOP and the indication was to be patient with them. One post said that they satisfy their European customers first and the U.S. customers last. They also went on to say that if they are out of stock, they won't reply to emails until the product comes in. So, I guess I'll heed that advice and play a 'Wait and See' game. I've had great luck with them and I think they will come through eventually.

Houguy,
Let me link for you:
Please read Bandagin's post and the subsequent replies on this page .
I don't want you to have any false hopes. What you said *was* true--they were THE greatest for years, hands down. But scroll down towards the bottom of the page I gave you and read the news article that Bandagin posted and another poster gave the text of. We think they are having legal probs.
I don't think anyone's *totally* given up hope yet, but things do not look very good.
Good luck, keep us posted, but keep your expectations low. There are some of us who've used P24 for a very long time-- we know how they work and this is very disturbing to us. Not much reason to be optimistic...it's better to have low expectations than high hopes only to have them dashed.
If you've got an order in and you need meds in order to stave off bad pain or especially withdrawals, I'd suggest you act *immediately* on a Plan B (another order from somewhere else). They haven't filled anything or answered anyone for a month.
If you say what you're looking for, maybe some of us can help point you in the right direction. If it's what the majority need from P24/Europcare, I'd suggest Biotran or perhaps ourprescriptionsforless domestic (Biotran should have what you're used to, OP4L does have APAP but relatively low amounts). If you don't know what I'm talking about in this paragraph, please forgive me for being presumptuous.

Yea, sad to say RIP P24...... (crying).... if anyone knows of any others that are even close... RRX4LS has about tripled the $$, and Bio is spottty and gets pissy w/you if u dont follow his plan to a T!!.... Any, any, any thing else (just not lowdose w/apap, YUK)... I personally can't afford the prices for hydro.... any thoughts and/or input would always of course be sincerely appreciated...

I found myself using my Plan B recently, and I found that 1000med delivered quickly - 1 week, and Our prescriptionsforless was 8 days. I doubt very much that P24 will be resurrected anytime soon, but then I'm also keeping my expectations low, and then perhaps one day the clouds will part, music will pour forth from the hills, and that yellow envelope will be in my wonderful postal carrier's hands. (Not likely, I know, but pleasant to think about.) Good luck.

So, JSKREAM....what would you do in this case? My order was placed on Sept.8th and so far nothing. After reading these new posts, I didn't realize P24 was in trouble. That's news to me. If there is not going to be a chance that my order will ever ship, what choice do I have but to do a chargeback while I still have the time. Any comments on P24 situation and what I should do?

After P24 took most of their meds off their list for US customers I lost interest in them.
Now that they've been busted, I wonder why they bothered to truncate the list offered for shipment to the US? All I can figure is that they didn't want US authorities going after them as well. Wasn't it US authorities who turned the Spanish authorities onto Libsol?

No chargebacks - this is getting involved with assets that were seized by the Spanish government, to many questions to answer. Don't do it. TO GOOD OLD PHARMA 24
Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the flowers are dying
'tis you, 'tis you must go and I must bide.
But come you back when summer's in the meadow
Or when the valley's hushed and white with snow
'tis I'll be there in sunshine or in shadow
Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so.
And if you come, when all the flowers are dying
And I am dead, as dead I well may be
You'll come and find the place where I am lying
And kneel and say an "Ave" there for me.
And I shall hear, tho' soft you tread above me
And all my dreams will warm and sweeter be
If you'll not fail to tell me that you love me
I simply sleep in peace until you come to me.
Good Bye Pharma24,
Sunny Donna

Neatjs is sooo right. Don't ever chargeback. On anybody. But, especially not P24. They will never do business with you again if you do. They might come back, or under a new name.
These guys were experienced, totally honest, and they never forgot an insult like chargeback.
I had the same experience as you--ordered, confirmed, no charge to cc.
See SquirrelGirl5's post today about Pharma24 Mystery Package. Verrry interesting.

So these people are smarter than Libsol, the former IOP star that got nabbed in the very same country?
