Hey,
What is Soma like? Is it a muscle relaxer? Can you describe it's effects.
Thanks

I have been more than happy with Ephy. You cannot beat the prices per consult. Medication prices are reasonable as well. Anytime I have called the CS they have been helpful. Plus refills after 23 ensures that you should never run out of your medication before your script is due again for refill. (Unless of course you are taking more than prescribed)
I called and requested my refill through the Pharmacist directly. I then called Ephy to verify shipping address and payment method. I was told that a script from September had not been charged and hence was still owed. I asked for them to send me information with the invoice about this money owed. Apparently it was never run through my CC. I figured I must pay this before they would send the refill requested. I got the invoice explaining the detail and the charge of the new medication and shipping. It also had a note to call Tom. I called Tom and he was more than willing o help and was very friendly. He said you are a good customer and we wanted to let you know before we run it through your CC again as you would not be expecting it after this time and it may cause problems budgeting so we wanted to ask first. I told him I was tight and he said you can pay whenever , and we will still get your medication out right away.
I also got an email about a month ago telling me my last script was recently filled and they have already scheduled me for a new consultation as of a certain date to avoid lapse in treatment. That is good service!
So far, my medication has always arrived on time, CS has been great, and of course the prices cannot be beat. What more can you ask for??..... Insurance to pick up my medication Tab...Oh well ... they are stil the best IMO!

Vic...
Your right-on about Ephy...if something on their behalf gets screwed up they are on it ASAP. I'm glad you got it taken care of. Tom rocks, huh? Just gotta love that man!
Take care my fellow Buckeye!

I have to second that - E-Phy is the best. I have had better CS than with FEDEXMEDS or NWW.

Does anyone know what pharmacy Ephy uses? also are they only cod, or do they use cc? Also is the consult $45 like they say. A posterabove [Soulsister] says consult and meds #90 count of norco and somas for $241.47. That means $196 and change for 2 meds and shipping.? and only one med is a controlled substance and 90 count. If this is accurate than I think it it a ripoff.
I was thinking about trying these guys but I would like some more feedback on them. Anyone else use then recently?
OoPS sorry DB. wrong form.

Ephy is one of the best and more honest ops out there.
The CS alone makes you want to stay with them!
They use UniversalRX in Tampa FL as their pharmacy. (I have also read that SWMG, and I BELIEVE 1STAmeds uses this pharmacy too)
My husband and I both use them and Yes, the more you order the more your bills going to be. But you can't beat the $45.00 consult fee. They do COD, credit card, debit card, or M.O. They will always use the same billing method you used the first time, unless you tell them different. You have to call for the med and shipping prices.
Your always going to pay a higher price with any op, it's not like were all shopping at walgreens. If we could we would all be in good shape $$$$
I hope this has helped you in some way. If you need any other info, please refer to past posts about Ephy, there's loads of info! IM me if you would like.
Hope everything works out for you, and be well.
Have a nice weekend.

I consulted with them - everything went well, except I was shorted a pill.
