Hi Cucupuffs,
Yes, you do need medical records for NWW. You will receive your first fill of meds without your records after your consult (pharmacies are allowed to provide a one-time "emergency script")but in order to receive your refills, you will need to send in your medical records.
If you don't have any, you might try going to a walk-in medical clinic with your condition so you can get that documented, then send those records to NWW. They would most likely suffice in order to receive your refills.
cucu if you use the search feature available on this site you can find the sites that provide what you are looking for, either U.S. options or iop's, you will find plenty of advice from other members on wich are reliable and wich are not
go to the nww site theres a place that says if you dont have medical records to download this form take it to your doctor or any walk in clinic and have it filled out.then fax it to them and your ok larry
